Wonderful find in Fort Worth. Great taste, portions, and prices. We got the sausage plate to share with potatoes, cabbage, and sauerkraut- fantastic!

We've been going to Greenwoods for several years and it's special for us. Especially after last night when my boyfriend proposed after a wonderful meal! We'll continue to come to Greenwoods for all our milestones. 💚

Visited for the first time on a co-workers recommendation and wasn't disappointed. Everything on the bratwurst platte was delicious, and my husband, who is not so much into German food, had the chicken & pasta in dill sauce and loved it. The service was superb! We will definitely be back - highly recommend.

This restaurant is amazing. The food was made from scratch and the wait was very well worth it.

The food here is top notch! The potato pancakes are superb, goulash and soups do not get any better, the sausages and snitzels are amazing, the desserts are ALL delicious and they have Spaten Optimater on tap! Peter, Vlatka, and their staff always take care of their customers from greeting until farewell.

Really good authentic German food. The mushroom sauce is the best I've ever had. Loved the schnitzel and sauerbraten. Really enjoyed the red cabbage and sauerkraut. Excellent service.

One more restaurant that we have liked in Dallas. We would highly recommend to visit this clean, cozy place and taste the homemade German food. Mmmm, the taste is delicious!

My birthday was on Valentine's Day but opted out to have the Banquet Party on Friday the 17th. Vladka and Peter Grunewald have undoubtedly the Best German cuisine in Fort Worth! We had a party of 29 people and a nonstop Accordian/singer that entertained as we ate a nonstop buffet of all items on the menu. Everyone in our party had glowing reviews on Chef Peter's expertly prepared foods accompanied by Vladka and waitresses cheerful prompt service! Of course the bier and vino were a taste of Germany. The Black Forest cake and tiramisu was quite an experience for the taste buds. The price was moderate and very reasonable. We highly recommend this quaint hideaway on Bluebonnet Circle!

It's a gem to find around a traffic circle in Ft Worth. It is old school from the front door to the white table cloths covered with butcher paper. It is authentic German food and service. The beer and wine selection pair well with the menu. The schnitzel is absolutely the best! The mushroom sauce is a nice touch and their mustard is made in-house. They also sell fresh baked bread and Strudel. There was a young man in there that had graduated from TCU and was living in Waco now and he drove in just to eat here and I heard him tell them he would be back in 2-weeks. We will be back soon too!

I'm not usually a German food fan because it is hard to find good German food. Love Greenwoods! Always good. I don't usually like red cabbage, but absolutely love theirs.

Have had nothing but wonderful dining experiences here. Most recently, the Krautzpaetzle was to die for. I’d give Greenwood’s 25 stars if I could!

Fantastic food, nice atmosphere and good service. I am not real familiar with German food but the menu describes the dish well and I was pleased with my selection. Greenwoods will be a "Return for sure".

Best damn German food I've had! Started with the red cabbage and beef soup, two different bratwursts, red cabbage, sauerkraut, scweineschnitzel (breaded pork loin), spatzle (homemade egg noodles) and an apple strudel for dessert.#thehungryRealtor!

As usual the food was outstanding. The Schnitzel is the best the red cabbage is better than I've ever had and the service is always spot on.
