So, I dropped by Hilltop Cafe, First Stop For Texas Bbq at 4501 N Interstate 35, Gainesville, Texas 76240, and their cappuccino was a frothy delight with a perfect coffee-to-milk ratio. The café had a vintage, 1950s diner vibe with red leather booths and classic rock playing. It's a coffee time machine.
