So, I swung by Hilltop Cafe, First Stop For Texas Bbq in 4501 N Interstate 35, Gainesville, Texas 76240, and let's just say it was an adventure. The coffee was average at best, and the tables were wobblier than a Jenga tower on its last legs. Maybe bring your DIY toolkit next time?
