I'd like to give a shoutout to the incredible staff at Hilltop Cafe, First Stop For Texas Bbq located at 4501 N Interstate 35, Gainesville, Texas 76240. Not only did they craft a beautiful latte with intricate latte art, but their passion for coffee was contagious. It made my visit truly memorable.
