So, I checked out Hoffmann House Coffee Co. in 1902 Edgewater dr, Friendswood, Texas 77546, and it was a rollercoaster ride. The mocha was top-notch, but the Wi-Fi was slower than a tortoise on a tea break. If you're here to work, better bring your patience and a good book.
