I stumbled upon Honey & Thyme while wandering around 131 W Water Street, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501, and what a delightful discovery! The rustic charm of the interior paired with the rich aroma of freshly ground coffee beans was an instant mood lifter. The barista recommended their house blend, and it was a smooth, flavorful journey in a cup.
