I visited Honey & Thyme in 131 W Water Street, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501, and it was a mixed bag. The coffee was excellent, but the pastries were disappointing. It's worth a visit for the brews alone.

My experience at Honey & Thyme was less than stellar. The coffee was average, and the tables were sticky. Not worth the visit.
