I had high hopes for this place, but it didn't live up to the hype. The coffee lacked the depth of flavor I was expecting, and I found myself sipping it reluctantly. Additionally, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took ages to get my order.

I'm not usually a coffee snob, but Honey & Thyme in 131 W Water Street, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501 impressed me. Their iced mocha was a chocolatey delight with a caffeine twist. The café had this indie vibe with alternative rock playing in the background. I'd totally come back for more.
