Tried these doughnuts for the first time Saturday. They were amazing because it is not just the toppings, it’s the quality of the doughnut. The staff was fabulous. You gotta try this place.

My family and I have been here twice and both experiences have been very pleasant! The staff was very patient with myself and my children when we couldn't decide what donuts to get. And we will definitely go back again!

I was expecting for later on a Saturday morning they would be out of a lot of options or super crowded, but they had all of the donuts I wanted and they got me out of there quickly. Nice employees, cute little store, great yummy donuts.

I love stopping by in the mornings to get the fritter of the day. The staff is always warm and attentive. The creative flavors are a break from plain old Donuts. They are always consistent with the quality. I'm glad to be a customer.

I have been coming here for 2 years now and each time donuts are amazing as well the staff is great they put a smile on your face. But today there was a new girl at 12pm she did not make eye contact and did not smile some customers walked out... then we went and got our usual.. but.. she got me down she seem so unhappy to be in such a magical place lol

I got the Oreo crumble topped and the Maple Bacon donuts and both were great. The sausage and pepper jack kolache was good but not enough sausage in it for the amount of breading. It's sliced sausage so there is room for more meat in it. I forgot to get my Hug 😕

Hugs & Donuts catered my wedding -- we had donuts instead of cake -- and it was a huge hit. They were amazing to work with: easy and frequent communication, very reasonable pricing, and they even made a custom donut for us based on my husband's favorite cake. It's obvious the fine folks at Hugs & Donuts are really passionate about what they do. (The dog treats are awesome, too!)

False Advertising! I did receive the donuts I ordered, and they were amazing. They were exactly what I needed after the morning I’d had. ( my bathroom flooded and took out my laminate flooring overnight. ) Chocolate milk on tap?! Brilliant. What I did not receive was a hug, much less multiple hugs. 4.99 stars!

Love this local donut shop! I support local and my all time favorite food is donuts. I'm a foodie, cook, and food blogger, but I love donuts as my favorite go-to treat. They havw somw pretty big filled donuts and some eclectic flavors, especially seasonal ones. The only thing I'd say is that sometime when you're looking for something more standard like a chocolate filled or something, they're out or nor serving it. Extra perk is this place serves brisket on a donut and donut sandwiches! Everything they serve is good and I look forward to going there each time.

I really liked the donuts super good!! We had all of their vegan flavors. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have more exotic options when it came to their vegan flavors. Their regular flavors it seems like the sky is the limit. The only reason I'm giving them a 4 star is because the woman who took my order was a very rude.

Heard about this place and looked them up. Sounded amazing. Made the 40 minute drive from Deer Park. The place is cute and the donuts LOOK adorable. Unfortunately they do not taste as good as they look. Very sad. I was expecting a taste bud explosion and I got an ordinary donut flavor I could have gotten without driving so far. The chocolate milk was aweful. Tasted like burnt chocolate. Left a bad aftertaste.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I have been purchasing $1,000 worth of donuts for appx. 6 months and every time l walked in the front door, the staff was disappointed to see me. They wanted me to pick up the donuts on THEIR SCHEDULE, not mine. Great donuts, horrible service. Go to @RiverOaksDonuts instead. Customer service is top notch!!!

Quite disappointing! I had the lemon meringue donut, which seemed stale. The lemon curd was delicious, but so thin it ran down my hand and all over the table when I took a bite. I never did taste the meringue, as there wasn't much of it and it had long ago deflated. My husband had the old-fashioned donut. It had the requisite nice crispness about it, but not much flavor, other than sweet. We were both disappointed. 👎🏻
