She's very nice when taking orders and helping out there.

Great place for a quiet breakfast on any morning. Definitely one of my favorites and yes I'm going back. Fresh squeezed orange juice hot coffee beautiful service personnel with great personalities.

At IHOP yesterday. I had a bacon omlette, I added avocado. Delicious! I really liked the flavored creamer for my coffee! Most places don't have it.

The food took a long time to get to us and the sirloin tips were burnt. The waitress we had was very nice though.

About this location the food is good but the personal that works greeting people when arrive no so. The waiter was great he made the difference.

When we got out food it was cold, no flavor the pancakes were hard the butter couldnt even melt. not going back

Worst customer service we wait 35 minutes just to get our food greasy and cold !! Never again, I had it bad experience in the past but this one was the worst !!

I went to IHOP me and my family. We had a bad experience well I did they didn't seem to care there was food and stuff stuck to the knife the waitress would walk by and say is everything okay? But she did not even stop, and keep going I confronted her about my eggs, and my pancakes had powdered sugar on them! when I clearly said I do not wanted sugar? I ask for the steak BREAKFAST and got liver and onions I complained and they act like I was the devil so I ask for boxes put it in there and we walked out I explained it to the manager and guess what!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't even get a discountWT- ******do not go to the IHOP on University******* just my personal opinion.
