The server was great the food fantastic the place was clean and the food also had good visual looks. I enjoyed this visit very much and most important my meal tasted great.

I've always had a very good breakfast experience at this iHop. Have had several visits to this location and everytime I go, the food does not disappoint. I've tried a variety of menu items from the Appetizer Sampler (chicken tenders, onion rings, mozzarella sticks all on one large plate), Pancake Combos (You choose your flavor of pancakes to go with 2 eggs, hashbrowns, and choice of meat: bacon or sausage), to the delicious creme-filled Crepes <3 My favorite pancake flavors are Double Blueberry and Strawberry & Banana <3 they even have a new flavor called Cupcake Pancakes, with real icing and sprinkles, but I'd recommend that as more of a dessert ; )

I always have great service! The waitstaff are friendly and know me by name. I have been coming here since my oldest son was 11; he is now 38!

Great IHOP. It was busy but managed to get a good booth. Ordered breakfast. Food was great, prompt, waitress very friendly. There was a kid jumping up and down and screaming on the OTHER SIDE OF THE RESTAURANT annoying the heck out of everyone. We asked our server to ask the parents to stop the noise. She did. Parents took the noise maker out. We will definitely return.

This IHOP was way better than the one in Atascocita. Food was better quality. We went on pancake day and still had great service!

Well the waiter took so long to come check on us. But she was also all over the place. I don't remember her name but she was in three different section! My sister's pot roast plate was disgusting and we had to wait so long to get our refills smh.

We always eat at this location and never had this problem before so I not going to totally rule it as bad but I will say they more employees!

The server who helped us wasn't look like the eagerness to served..cannot see the happiness that she likes what her doing...not pretty sure if she's picking who she wants to help..but weren't satisfied with the service..even though one of our ordered were wrong,,we don't ask to replace it,,because she looked unhappy..

The food was really amazing our waitress deitra? I think her name was, she was awesome such a sweet lady. But ..... What i didn't like was the rudeness when we first walked in the young lady which was a different person who greeted us was really rude she had A Lot of attitude not sure if she was having a bad day or not but regardless she should have seperated that and not take it out on the consumers who were just looking foward to eating a delicious meal also i must add that while were waiting to be seated, the same young lady kept talking wasting time i over heard there was more silverware that needed to be put out she ignored her duty n continued talking anddd was goofing off n was using A LOT OF profanity. Very explicit vocabulary that young lady had. I am 24 years old n i do not even talk like that , she must have been 17 or 18.

I usually never have a problem with anything because I always have a great experience BUT, this time was a bit different... my mom and her friend ordered coffee... the waitress didn't bring us a coffee pot with coffee til like 15 later when she actually came to check on us and I asked her for it... when she brought it back. It took her a long time for her to come back and also never brought my mom the creme for her coffee... i had to ask one of the dishwasher that's happened to come out (we were sitting right next to the door where they come in and out with the clean and dirty dishes) well the man brought us the creme and asked us if we wanted coffee since he noticed we were out... so he left and came back with fresh coffee... he also took our plates that we were done with.. so, I ended up giving him a tip instead!! But other than that... the food was DELICIOUS!!

the service was not attended properly the lady did not give us full eye contact was rushing n lay the box to go with the bag on top of my hand instead of handing it out witch also i had to ask for another 1

The waitress was nice but she took awhile to bring our drinks and it was so very slow in there...we had to get up ask for napkins and boxes ...all the waitresses were to busy sitting at a booth and talking...the food was good but maybe we will get better service next time I hope

The staff was extremely nice. The food was good. I noticed they were preparing food out of the sink. A bucket was on ice. They had utensils in the sink that they were using. I left there and had diarrhea for over 10 hours. I called the manager and tried to explain my situation and my observations of the restaurant cleanness. She was in denial and making excuses. I will bring this to the corporate office and the city health department.

Just got back from IHOP w the fam... Service was horrible! They sat us right where a crew was vacuuming && working on something, drinks came w no straws (then she left w/o seeing if we were ready to order), my medium well steak was bleeding && cold... the waitress brought the replacement steak && tab at the same time then said take your time What if we wanted dessert? No, how about we'll now take 2go boxes bc everyone is done just like my patience. She looked a bit irritated bc she had to go get the boxes but it was better I left before my attitude showed up. She ended up w no tip && I have added yet another restaurant to my BANNED list. Thnx IHOP for ruining my dinner (I only gave one star bc that was the only way I'd be able to leave a post... So make that star a NEGATIVE, please and thank you)

If it was not for Tammy agreeing to have us sit on her section my mom and I would have left. We walked in and the hostess took us to a section which is a bit hot since the sun hits it, we had sat there before and with a 7 month old it was crazy bc he does not stand the heat. So I asked if we could move because I knew this would make the baby upset. The hostess took us to another section where the waitress was apparently too busy. As soon as she saw us about to sit she had a fit with the hostess about how she didn't want more people! Sheila was loud and the other tables heard, I heard how she complained and didn't want us to sit in her section. I felt horrible and wanted to get out of there!!!! Completely different treatment that we got with Tammy. She was nice and took our order right away. IHOP needs to do a check of who works for them bc this customer felt like crap when the waitress loudly stated she didn't want another table!!!!

I ALWAYS order the same thing and they NEVER get it right .... One waitress even agrued with me about my order and then said im not agruing with you and walked away.... Its not a hard order .... Banana and nuetella creepes with sweet cream. I think Dennys or Cracker barrel will be our choice of breakfast for now on
