My go to place to just relax. Sometimes I take a book to read after I eat..(if there are empty tables ) I make sure I am not taking up space if they need the table. My server yesterday was Windy. SUPER nice lady...also where I go for thanksgiving.

Plaseson o i was plasesed with what i say i call soul food thanks for asking lol telling you i realley i like my soul food home FBF's every now and against my realley new do i say i like being home witch i have more than one home i can call home so life with more than one home is grateful fun on the go alway away from more than one home is supper fun i say iam very happy to go good soul food stores to eat eat all over the places like the little red baby bird's say they eateat eat eat just telling yo lol i smile back keep smileing lol yo yel low lol.

IHOP after midnight Mass has become a tradition for our family. This year we had the sweetest wait person anyone could ask for. The food was great and the cook got all the bacon correct from "soft" to "cccrispy". The restaurant was very clean. Thank you IHOP, Bryan Texas for making our Christmas eve tradition, MERRY!

The Bryan IHOP has been hosted our annual Kick Off Party for NaNoWriMo for the last several years. Even though its held late and we've grown to almost 40 people in attendance, they've always managed to handle our party, keeping orders straight, being friendly and polite even while dodging us handing out stuff, and ensuring everyone's food arrived hot and tasty.



My only mild wish is that they would at least put two folks on our party, if only to give the waitstaff a break. Serving almost 40 folks is challenging and almost every year, we've only gotten one waiter even though we make sure to call ahead. To be fair, our waiter every year has done their best and we are totally grateful, but I always feel bad they are having to deal with us solo.



The food is always good here even when I go solo. Unending coffee, delicious pancakes, and not being rushed out the door as soon as I'm done makes for great writing time. The addition of wifi is much appreciated (as its apparent upgrade in the last year as when it first came it was SO slow!).

the service sucks. There is only 4 tables and it took 10 for someone to come to table ..... then they brought a half full pot of coffee and it didnt fill 2 cups....order taken and brought WRONG and then they cop an attitude because u complain

Well as usual we had to find an employee to seat us no one was in view at restrant

It’s always really bad service

But the pancakes are Great

Our waitress kira was horrible. I ordered coffee and water age brought coffee no water and then she only filled the craft up with only a half of a cup of coffee. I told her I needed water and it took her 20 minutes to bring me some do I could eat my food. Then she never came back to refill anything coffee or water. She dropped the ticket off and to another 30 minutes to bring back my change. I could understand if she was full but there was only 3 tables she was waiting on. She spent most of her time hiding in the kitchen and less time in the floor. I will most definitely request to never sit in her section again!

Wouldn't even give them 1 star. Service was horrible. Food was just as bad. The manger wanted us to pay for our food that we didn't even eat. I called her; she looked at me and walked to the back. I told the waitress I would like to speak to her. When she came out she grabbed to receipt and trashed and said don't worry about it while walking off with a total attitude.

We made a special trip due to my complimentary birthday breakfast.

We're VERY DISAPPOINTED on the non existent service that we "didn't receive".

We will NOT be back and will recommend to others to not waste their time as well.

The "bottomless coffee pot" went dry 3 times and we had to run down ANY waiter/waitress who would actually look up from the "gathering spot".

No apologies, no problem, and first time ever the tip is "chose Denny's".

This place is the worst! Bad service, crappy waitress, took an hour and a half from the time we got there till the time we stormed out. Our party of 6 all received their meals at different times. My daughter didn't get her food...we had to get it to go, which was cold.,so she sat there not eating because they didn't take our order right. I will never go back there and honestly 1 star is too much! Don't waste your time going here...worst experience I have ever had in any food service establishment!!!!

This place has the worst service of any place I've ever been. Gave it one more chance and it wasn't any better. My BLT had no tomato on it!!!

The service is soooooo bad here. Every time I have been here no one seats me for several minutes and then it is a 15 or so min wait to order drinks...then forever to get them...and food takes 30 mins or more to come out. 3 waitresses & only 7 tables filled when i got here....

The food was almost as expected and our waitress was nice. However, it is obvious they have management issues. The staff was fighting over who's tables was who when we arrived and when we left. A quarter of the tables were empty and it still took 30 minutes from the time we were seated until the time our drinks arrived. Another 45 minutes for the appetizer. Management need to be changed and the store organized.

Service was horrible! The girl that seated us never came back, we waited forever, finally we had to go track someone down to bring us our drinks. My son tracked down Walter. Now this was not his section to but went out of his way get get our coffee & water. The girl NEVER came back, it was Walter that was helping do EVERYTHING there, from busting tables, taking orders & even seen him in the back helping prepare orders! After waiting about 45 mins on nothing but water, we left. This was Friday night after the football game. The excuse was that it was a busy night. OK I can understand that. But EVERY Friday night will be busy soooo add more staff! Not sure if there is a manager @this location or not but I have a good candidate for it, his name is Walter! This guy never complained was always willing to go that extra mile out of his way to try & make everyone happy & did a very good job. Would love to hear back from IHOP on this

If I could rate this store a a 1/2 star I would. The last two visits the service was very slow. They were slow to seat us, slow to wait on us, however the last visit the food was good however tonight the food took a while, then it was cold and nasty. This store really needs better management and better training.

I would give no stars if possible. Went around 2pm on a Sunday place was not busy like they normally are and had servers everywhere. Only problem they couldn’t stop talking and step away from the kitchen to acknowledge us. Sat there for 15 minutes and NO ONE made any attempt to speak to us. This place is a joke. If someone could at least said hi and that they would be a few minutes would have been fine. I’ve been a server I understand it gets busy, but you NEVER let a table sit there for 15 mins with out getting any type of acknowledgement. Needless to say me and my sister left and will not likely be coming back to this location.

I always manage to have an issue here at this IHOP. Order my burger on wheat toast and did not get it. My husband asked for mustard instead of mayo and still got mayo and then he found a hair in his sandwich. We should have went next door to Kreuz Market instead.

Do not call between 9-10 no one answers the phone at all to take a call in order I had to feed a family of 6 small kids so I needed to pick up an order no one ever answered so I went to Denny's terrible customer service

Consistently horrible. We keep coming back hoping they'll get it together but they don't. Food is ALWAYS stale, cold, or cooked wrong. Staff makes excuses for their poor service. Managers don't care.
