I stopped by Island Ice Creamery & Coffee Bar for a quick caffeine fix, but the long line had me reconsidering. The service was slow, and my latte was lukewarm. They need to work on their efficiency.

I was less than impressed with Island Ice Creamery & Coffee Bar. The coffee was mediocre, and the ambiance at the 407 S Alister St, Port Aransas, Texas 78373 location didn't live up to the hype. I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

The café had a vintage, 1950s diner vibe with red leather booths and rock 'n' roll playing in the background. It's a coffee time machine.
