So, Isnak Cafe’ in 3616 N Fry Rd Suite 220, Katy, TX 77449 ‚Äì it's a bit of a hit and miss. The mocha was A+, but the Wi-Fi was a solid F. I had better luck connecting with my imaginary friend than to their network. Come for the coffee, but bring your own hotspot.
