Zack was awesome and knowledgeable. Enjoyed a bottle of Conundrum red wine while waiting to get a pedicure at Bella Diva next door! Great atmosphere, menu looks great and the desserts look divine! Highly recommended!

We went here recently for New Years and the food was outstanding! Our server was very polite except for certain times during our experience there. But all in all we will be back!

We try to come as often as we can! Food is amazing and desserts are to die for!! We like the one off of Gate Parkway, as it is a bit more quaint. You have to go!

We have been coming here for years, and we absolutely love it. From the food to the wine to the dessert, everything is outstanding. The service is impeccable, and we adore Indi, our regular waitress that we request, although everyone there is paramount with customer service! Of course, we will be back!

We had such a wonderful meal at the PV location last night. Love the 6 course option. It was fun to see each dish arrive and there wasn't a dish served that wasn't fantastic. The extensive wine list is the best in town and Jordan was great with his recommendations. My 13 and 10 year old enjoy lunch there too and I appreciate you have a kids menu. Looking forward to the AIX dinner in September!

We had recently returned from two weeks in Paris and we're looking for the perfect place to reminisce. JJs was the spot. The atmosphere and food we're just what we hoped for. It was our first time there but it definitely won't be out last!

We can not say enough good things about the delicious food we had at your restaurant. The bread and pineapple ginger butter to start off was so tasty, the savory crepe had the perfect combination of ingredients. And the apple tart was warm and done to perfection. We plan to be back.

We are starting to get ready for our first trip to France and visiting French restaurants in Jacksonville is just a fun way to start to get into the right headspace. We loved JJs. The French onion soup was quite good. The Nicoise salad was average. My daily special chicken marsala crepes were excellent. The port poached pear with chocolate mousse was good. Not the best I've had recently or even in Jacksonville. But good. The service was outstanding. Literally some of the best service I've had in Jacksonville. We will be back many times.

We always loved JJs at the Gate Parkway. Go there for lunches and dinners. Sometimes we sit indoors and others outdoors. It doesn't matter what time of day or where we sit, we have always received good service and eaten good food. This is one of our favorite eateries.

The desserts were amazing—the Herman chocolate and fruit tart specifically. The pommes frites were crispy and delicious. The attention to detail (regarding texture) made the cheese crusted soup delicious and the crust on different dishes perfectly flakey. I will definitely go back.

Our first visit, but it certainly won't be our last. There were 6 of us. The wait staff were very well informed about the menu (ingredients, preparation) and very nicely attentive. JJ was delightful, from helping us with our choice of food to recommending an excellent pairing of wine once we had chosen our meals. His knowledge of wine is extensive, especially French wines but also US and global. And his attention to detail was perfect. Merci bien.

Loved the food. I had the lamb shank it was falling off the bone and it was very tender. Husband had the steak and I had to try a bite. It was cooked to perfection.

JJs Bistros is the perfect spot to take a friend to lunch or dinner. The food was great! The atmosphere was perfect also!! I highly recommend visiting JJs Bistros. We did not save room for dessert, but will definitely make sure to do so next time.

I love this place and the service and food never stop to amaze me. Today we had the coq au vin which was as expected done so nicely, the quiche Lorraine with onion soup. This place is truly a part of Paris in Jax, always clean, welcoming with a very good selection of wine to match a true Parisian menu. I also had the Lillet ( white and red) with my choices and it was to die for. If in Jax please come say bonjour to J.J. And have your French fix ....

Great place for lunch. Food is always fresh and well done and they have an amazing did play of desserts. Parking can be a challenge.

Excellent, well presented entrees and desserts. The wait staff are professional, courteous and serious about their guest having a pleasant experience. They were warm and knowledgeable and their appearances were pristine. This is a dining experience to enjoy and share with others through positive testimonies from the enterence with a warm salutation to the departure with an invite to return. A treat to behold.

Beautiful setting/ ambiance, very polite and some French-speaking servers, just a misunderstanding about the ingredients in our sandwich. Would still go back, though!

Just had a nice lunch there with 2 friends, took one of the berry tarts back to eat 1 hour later. Had it before and it was authentic and as good as the tarts bought in French bakeries. However today, the one I brought back to my office 5 minutes away was mushy and soggy, indicating it had not been made today and probably not yesterday as usually the crust is still firm the next day. So I am very disappointed! Threw it away.
