I was less than impressed with Joe Muggs. The coffee was average, and the atmosphere was lacking at the 3000 Whiteford Rd, York, Pennsylvania 17402 location. I won't be recommending it to friends.

Joe Muggs left a lot to be desired during my visit to 3000 Whiteford Rd, York, Pennsylvania 17402. The coffee was lukewarm, and the pastries were stale. I won't be returning anytime soon.
