Merry Christmas from all of us #Jörgs Cafe Vienna

We were there for the Oktoberfest tapping. This place was amazing! Love the combo slider appetizer because it gives you a chance to try two of their specialties without having to pick one over the other! I had the pretzel app and my kids were super jealous when I told them i had a pretzel for dinner. We will most definitely be back with and without the kids!

We love this place. Eat here once and you'll know why it's always packed...

We have been long time patrons and we fondly remember celebrating New Years Eve there with Jörg, his wife, and other loyal, happy patrons many years ago. We have recommended this downtown Plano treasure to all our family, friends, and acquaintances over the years. There are few places in the metroplex that have such high quality food, great atmosphere, and friendly, helpful wait staff.

The Kaesekrainer is exactly like in Austria... totally surprised by that. Great schnitzl and potato salad as well. The restaurant is also located in a cute area .. old Plano

Relaxing atmosphere, great food, and nice beer selection.

Ok the food is delicious, that the place is really very well decorated and interesting, the beer selection is so good that makes you feel like whatever you have been drinking your entire life is just dirty water, and the service is great. A real gem in Dallas.

Love the atmosphere, friendly service, high quality food and personable owner Jörg! Thank you for making our first experience at your restaurant a great one. If you haven't tried authentic Austrian cuisine, you should. Even their sauerkraut is good. Enough said, highly recommend Jörg's Cafe Vienna.

I would have to say the best part was our waitress Marina, absolutely adorable!!!! Food and atmosphere was great, but she made it feel as if we had been coming for years!

I attended an event a few days ago catered by Jörg’s and EVERYTHING was delicious. The sausage was some of the best I’ve had, the potato salad and sauerkraut were very tasty. Fabulous Austrian wine and lovely desserts. I’d highly recommend them!

He took care of our large party on short notice. Great food and beer

Great food Service was fantastic. It was a great place to have dinner with family.

Great food & service (with an attitude), a little costly for the type of food

Excellent food, service and atmosphere as I've experienced with every visit to Jörg's Cafe Vienna!

Best Austrian food I’ve ever had including over the places I’ve visited over there. He carries on his family recipes and I love that throughout the night, chefs will bring him samples of things they’ve just made so he can sample and make sure they meet his standards and follow the family recipies perfectly. And Jorg himself is a great host who holds court at the bar and makes you feel like family while making sure your beer is full. And his son Derrick also works the bar and has a vast knowledge of German/Austrian beers and will guide you if you aren’t sure what you like.

A warm environment, great food and wonderful bar.

The food was delicious! Had the Liptauer Teller (warm pretzel with a delicious cheese spread) and Jörg’s Wurst Sampler also tasty as appetizers with a dark beer. Then the pork schnitzel wiener art for dinner. Yum!!

The food was astoundingly good. I want to bring friends out there to try it. A bit of drive from Tarrant County, but worth it. The staff was great, but they were overwhelmed with the Wine Walk in town keeping them very busy.

Before heading to the Vision Board Party Friday night, I decided to stop by for a quick dinner at a place I’d never been to before. When I walked in the door, I was warmly greeted by a man behind the bar (turned out to be the owner, Jorg) and the hostess. When I asked her, Rachael, my server gave me a couple of recommendations for good, quick options. The brat meal I selected was delicious and had ample portions. I will most definitely be returning to this quaint restaurant to enjoy more of their Austrian fare!

The food was / is awesome.

I made the mistake of telling the server I am legally blind. He was tolerant at first. At then end my meal it took ten (10) minutes from the place my of taking my card and getting my card back. The server maybe excuse that he was with another table. I told him I saw that he was with another table and at that when you're in a smart ass comment saying did you "see" it? That comment was in very poor taste.
