I was in need of a caffeine boost, so I checked out Kountry Bakery-Gonzales in 508 St. Matthew Street, Gonzales, Texas 78629. Their vanilla latte was a sweet, comforting hug in a cup. The café had a rustic charm with wooden tables and vintage coffee posters. A cozy spot for coffee and conversation.
