unfortunately I was not very happy with the customer service. I felt at the cashier was very rude and unpleasant but all in all the donuts were excellent and the place was as clean and immaculate.

Not very satisfied the donuts I got were not fresh at all the place was messy when I walk in, coffee isn’t very fresh neither and the bathrooms are very smelly horrible. And there is dirt and stuff on the bottom of the windows . Not coming here again I don’t suggest coming here, First and last time for me. Not even one star this Krispy Kreme place deserves.

Expensive, decadent donuts. Well lit atmosphere. Coffee house gathering place across the stteet from Lover's Lane Station. My favorite Lemon filled.

Fantastic store with friendly employees. Clean and fast. This was my first time at a Krispy Kreme but I'm hooked now!

I was recently at one out of state and then this one . I don't know what has happened to this company! They offer only a few donut options. All only being types of covered glazed donuts. Only about a dozen different variations of the same donut. The staff was rude and indignant, not to mention couldn't get our order right...and that was in both states!!
Save yourself, unless buying a large quantity of glazed, go to your local donut shop. You'll have more options and being treated better!

Every time I've called into this place to see if they have specific donuts available at the moment they never have the donuts i'm looking for and for some reason I feel like I'm always talking to idiots. It's probably just coincidence and they are actually really great, but it just stinks that I've always had a bad experience with this place as far as customer service goes.

Went here for the first time yesterday. I haven't been to a Krispy Kreme since I still lived in California. This place was the real deal. Clean, great staff. It was right on the nose of 6:00am and on top of the dozen I ordered, the girls at the counter let me try one of the donuts fresh off the rack! They didn't even know it was my first time in there. That was just daily, great service. Will be returning!

I have nothing but great experience whenever I come here. It's in a great location. Walking distance to everything. No matter if your grocery shopping, heading to the post office, getting a haircut, lots of restaurants nearby & even a gym across the street to work out. Plus it's close to the Lover's Lane Station. So if I'm in the area I just hop in & enjoy a delicious donut. The staff is great, too. 😃💚🍩

Always good. Friendly service. The donuts are so great when they are hot! Coffee is pretty good, too.

I love going here! A little tip is to go inside to place your order instead of going through the drive through. They will give you a free original glazed doughnut!

Wish could give 3.5, but will settle for 3 stars. The donuts taste very good, but the seating area is very dirty. I understand you serve sugary donuts to lots of children every morning, but can no sweep the floor and wipe tables? it is neat that the kitchen has a glass wall to see the donuts being made.
