We had a small gathering of 12 of my closest friends for brunch. It was absolutely perfect. The staff was great to make sure that we had everything we needed the food was hot and delicious! From being greeted the moment we walked in to having help taking our things out to the car when we left, I really could not have asked for better service. This location has definitely become one of our favorite stops! Thank you for all you do!

I ordered my first delivery from The Madeleine’s in South Arlington on Cooper.

I had miscommunication about my order, they came and I did not hear them.

They went out of their way, to make my evening meal, more pleasant. I will keep them in the top of my delivery list!

love this place but sometimes they are out of the seasonings they sell and they're great tomato basil soup they sell soups and quiche and chicken are wonderful delicious

Staff was wonderful. Food tasted great, it just could have been a little warmer.

The mushroom soup excellent, Cesar salad okay it had some bad romance in it, the pastry puff stuffed with chicken, mushrooms, and cheese was tough hard to cut even with a knife. The bread tray looked like a tornado had gone thru it. The front staff very friendly.

The food is delicious and most of the time the restaurant is very clean. I do not think it is the quality that it used to be and they are always out of bread. The management at the Kingsgate Restaurant are extremely rude!

Way under staffed and disorganized. Be prepared to wait in line. Sunday morning at 11:30, you figure they would have more than 1 register going. Had to wait for busser to clean a table (half the tables were open but not cleaned off.) No forks or knives in utensil bin and long wait for our food. Dessert and soup were great, salad and sandwhich were sub par. I doubt we'll return.

Today I held a surprise party for a long time family friend who flew in from Australia. We called to make sure there would be enough room for us (15) two weeks before today. They told us they would hold a room free of charge, and that we should eat at 2:30 rather than noon because it’ll be easier to accommodate our group. We confirmed this twice, my mom even went up to the restaurant two days before to make sure everything would go as planned. When I arrived they had no idea what I was talking about, and the room was full. The staff didn’t communicate anything with us regarding the clearing out of the room, they just kept saying “let me go get my manager” who never even spoke to us. Once the room got cleared, everything was fine. I would like to thank the girl with the blonde pony tail for being the only nice worker I encountered at the restaurant. The woman with the eyebrow piercing, is condescending and could care less about her job, and as for the manager, communication is key. Next time I need a room reserved, I’ll just go else where because y’all almost completely ruined the surprise.

I was overcharged, the food was cold because the cashier put the wrong number so the waiter couldn't find us, and it tasted awful. The waiter was the only good thing about our lunch. He was very friendly. My sandwich looked nothing like the picture. Will not be coming back.

Horrible service

Waited over 35 minutes for our food in slow time

Finally went to counter, they informed me they took our food to Different table

Manager came out and handle it as worse as their service
