Took for ever, said it would be 30 minute after an hour and a half. They said my order fell on the floor. When called for help the person was rude because I️ didn’t want to wait on hold. Said it I️ just needed to wait. Worst service ever!!!
excellent food! Got crowded and service was a little weak.
Excellent food, quick service, quaint atmosphere, good prices.
Had a delicious sandwich and salad today, as well as a sweet fruit muffin. I have to say, visiting this place takes you to somewhere else with their elegantly themed restaurant interior, food and staff.
I ordered a salad to go. When I returned to my office, I noticed that the salad had more crouton crumbles than lettuce. I usually love La Madeline, However, this time I was very disappointed.
The saddest La Madeline of them all. Soup took over 10 minutes to prepare on a slow midday. Would hate to have come at rush. A simple bowl of potato soup. Wonderful at any other location. But here it was just an example of poor training and/or n example of cost cutting run amok. Yes, put bacon and cheese on it. And not a smidgen
Fun breakfast place. Great coffee and ambience
Food is consistently delicious and service is great. If people complain about poor service, it's usually very subjective and because they've decided not to be nice themselves. Even then, when the food for my order had run out, the manager was so nice about it and took great care of us. Bonus: the chicken I tried instead was EVEN BETTER than the one I had ordered. The French onion soup was as good as homemade and the chicken cordon bleu pasta is always excellent.
Food is awesome, especaily the tomatoe Basil soup, the potato wasn't bad either, love fruit tart's
The food was definitely worth the money. But what got me was how nice everyone was. I felt like they actually cared. #TOPNOTCH
