I grew up in Dallas, and La Mad is one of my favorite places to go when I visit home. Everything in their sampler is amazing. I'm obsessed with the chicken Caesar dressing, the quiche Lorraine, the tomato basil soup and the raspberry lemonade. Highly recommended

We went to lunch on Thursday 11/09/17 during lunch hour. There wasn't too many people, but it wasn't empty. We went through the line and got our soup and placed our order for our sandwich. I was upset they didn't accept Samsung Pay... We sat down and noticed one lady cleaning tables, refilling drinks/helping customers, and bringing food out. We ate our soup and bread slices... 30 min later, still no sandwich. By this time a lot more people came in. It started looking like the lunch hour. When I went to see what was going on I found out our sandwiches had been sitting at the counter the entire time. I spoke to the Manager at the time and made a complaint. Not on the lady that was to bring our food out, but on the horrible management. How are you going to have a full restaurant and only have one person on the floor. She said the other helper called in. But that's not a good enough excuse for me. learn to manage... that's why you are management. I went back by myself today (11/15) and there was a different management team for today. This time it was PACKED!! but I received my food within 5-8 min of sitting down. The manager was out there on the floor helping. Cleaning tables, making small talk with the customers. Hopefully when we go back, we have the pleasure of having the management team I had today.

The check out process is a little chaotic. However, the food is delish and the atmosphere quiet pleasant.

I have had the most efficient and smooth catering experience with this location. Algina Glenn is so professional and proactive... She made me feel like if I was the only person she needed to tend to on the phone even though I'm sure she had a million other things she had to do. From placing my order to editing over a million times afterwards she was very friendly and made sure everything was on point!

Highly recommended!!!!

Nice eatery. Was surprised that it was cafeteria but the good was good and the setting is clean and friendly.

Great food but to go is horribly set up. You have to order at the cashier where everyone is checking out and ordering bakery goods while the line for food in store is empty.

Nice quiet place. Good to take laptop and chill out. Desserts are delicious!

We went for lunch and it was good but, he didn't like the service even though the staff spoke spanish.. but I have to say that the women's bathroom was very clean

I have never been disappointed in any visit to this location! My favorite lunch: roast beef sandwich aujous, tomato pesto pasta salad, country potato soup, iced tea, and any of their vast variety of absolutely fabulous desserts (cookies, tarts, pies, cakes, & more). Considering the consistent quality & beautiful presentation of the food, the excellent & friendly service, and the always clean appearance of the employees and restaurant itself, it is always a pleasure to visit this La Madeleine location. My thanks & congratulations to staff & management.

Dirty bathrooms. Employees never changed gloves when handling food so ne carful at this location

Eh. About how I feel about this La Madeleine. Clean and organized as usual. Eggs Benedict, keeping in mind hard to mess up in a commercial kitchen, we're fine. Sauce seemed old and 'from a bag' texture. Potato pancakes, all burned (went back to get it replaced, and it was burned and dry...like twigs). I will be honest, I just have never been that impressed with La Madeleine. I get around to good restaurants, and this chain is just not all that...for my menu choices.
