I highly recommend this place, my mother has lots of food allergies and the manager worked with her to get the shrimp salad just right for her. She loved it! Also, the food was great, I recommend any of the Duet combos. It can be as filling or as light as you’d like. Free coffee refills and wi-fi. Bon apetite!

The food is great, the pastries are amazing, and they have a wide variety of foods! It is a wee bit more, but it is a great place to get someone a *sweet* gift. The two items I recommend is the french onion soup and tomato basil soup.

Worst management ever. Had order a delivery order I was charged $20 but then later the following week was fixed. The point here is that I had told him I was on my way up there and I order a breakfast meal to go. I get there and ask for PETE and I was in a time rush. I was told to wait 10 mins waiting didn’t come out. The employees are nice but he never came out and I just order again. This store needs better management.

What a wonderful cozy place for breakfast. When we visited it wasn’t very busy so we got our food quickly from a wonderful worker named Gary, who was jovial, kind and great at his job. My wife got a breakfast sandwich and I got the French country breakfast both were great. I was really impressed with the potato galette and who doesn’t love a well-made croissant! I would totally go here again (and buy more croissants next time!)

Great French style food. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Wine. Parking is a bit tight.

My friend and I come here and spend long hours drinking the house wine and eating baskets and baskets of baguette. Thursdays they have an incredible coq au vin so make sure you don't miss that. Their escargot is also wonderful. The staff is super friendly and the ambience is lovely: perfect for a relaxing night of conversation paired with delicious eats, much like what you'd have nightly in France.

Great food, great coffee, horrible service.

I was greeted by an elderly woman who was extremely helpful and nice to someone who had never been there. A manager (older Hispanic guy) took my order. The whole time I search for what I wanted he huffed and puffed around. After I ordered my apple turnover and caramel latte he threw them on the counter. I asked for my pastry heated and he snatched it, and slammed it into the small heating oven. My latte spilled on the counter when we shoved it there and he didn't offer a napkin or to clean it up. He proceeded to take the next customers order around me. My latte and and pastry tasted amazing but if you see that guy, run the other way!

Like all la Madeleine locations, their food is amazing. Their staff is helpful, and the restaurant is clean and inviting. What sets this one apart, to me, is their private room. It is set off from the main dining area, so that you are more comfortable with your group. It's really nice!

Worst Service I have ever received. Eddie the Cashier was clearly Prejudice and did everthing possible to make my visit horrible. The employee gave us water glasses that still had lip prints on it and so many water stains we refused to fill the glasses..No tissue in the bathroom but 20 employees behind the register doing nothing, floors and tables dirty. Ashley should NOT BE A MANAGER. Gary the Chef was so helpful and he had Shaun the General Manager help us who invited us back.

Rude servers, cold, improperly cooked food. This is not the la Madeline's that I used to live so much. Not even their famned French Onion soup was good this time.

This is a really nice and cozy la Madeleine. Great food and service as I expect at their other locations. Order at the counter, and they bring your order to your table.

The young lady who helped me went out of her way to make a lunch option at 8am because i ordered online and didn't know they weren't serving it yet (12/16/2016). I love the food without a doubt and adore the small cozy feeling,especially on a cold winter day!
