Not a good place to eat. Saw roaches in the tables. There are a lot of nice places to eat in this area, don't go to this one.

First time in a La Madeleine. If you're all about health and clean eating, then this place is definitely the place for you. Wasn't sure what to expect, came here for a friends bday. But the overall experience was good.

Location: 3/5
Atmosphere was great. The interior definitely has a European feel to it. Wasn't very busy during my time there.

Food: 4/5
I had, the currently new, Turkey Cranberry Salad with the free bread slices. Very tasteful.

Service: 4/5
Very quick service and meal prep.

Wish they had handicap buttons for the doors. The ordering lane is too narrow for power chairs and snug for standard manual wheelchairs.

Best creme brulee, tasty sacher torte, and amazing raspberry chocolate mousse are my bakery favorites. I also enjoy their crepes with fruit & also their french toast.

Food is always fresh and tasty, but almost always gets delivered to our table messed up. Wrong bread, not toasted, lack of "dip" once with French dip... etc. Order takers need a lesson on personality. He was BORED, and looked like he wanted to be elsewhere. My solution, let him go! The order taker is your POINT PERSON, sometimes the ONLY ONE that you have real interaction with. Assign someone with PERSONALITY, and actually KNOWS something about the menu!! Geeesh!!!

Food is delicious. Bathrooms were straight up nasty. Clearly hadn't been cleaned or checked in on recently (dirty, toilet paper all over both floors, smelled). Service was... eh. Friendly but not knowledgeable. Didn't know how to get on wifi, which is why I came and unable to troubleshoot. Forgot to give me coffee. I used to love around the corner and visit all the time. So upset to see that two years later, his place is falling apart.

Great coffee. I had the eggs Benedict... Wonderful. I left my table to get coffee and the buser took my food. Manager was very helpful and got me new food. I would bring others here too enjoy it!

Decreased the size of the fruit tart and basically increased the price. Went from being a nice treat to being a square 1/2 size size pastry. Who do you think you are kidding? You just lost 52 sales a year and my visits to your stores are now about 10 a year. Whoever thought of it is an idiot. Blunt only works on stupid people.

Absolutely loved & enjoyed a good meal today after a long time. Beautiful restaurant & finely crafted Caesar Salade with Creamy mushroom soup. Food was delicious & good service.

This was our first time to visit. We sat at 5:30 pm and had an absolutely delightful meal. Chris Z. was an excellent server. Hospitality from the time we walked in to leaving was exceptional. Food was exquisite.

This is a wonderful place. Most excellent food, great service, and a wonderful environment for relaxing and enjoying the people, the food, and a comfortable atmosphere.

I've had most everything on the menu over my times here, and I would suggest that if you enjoy something different than a typical "rush you in, feed you food, and rush you out" kind of restaurant... you will find comfort here.

These people give service that is worth the effort it takes to find the la Madeline near you. You will remember the food, the atmosphere, and the experience.

I love the food but the to go services are terrible. They can not keep up when they get a little busy. I called my order in and when I got there the lady didn't even know what order I had and she then asked me if someone else's order was mine right after she called the name out and the lady responded. She also asked me if I had made the mistake of restaurant which I did not make because I have ordered there many times and they have my phone number saved. I also think they should have someone prep the orders and someone take care of people .

I have visit La Madeleine quite a few times. I go for the tomato soup and baguettes this particular day. I brought my entire family to dine with me but this particular day this soup have an aftertaste to it. I brought it up to the manager Ruben and he went all out and cooked a new batch for my family and I. It is rare nowadays when you find restaurants that do take care of your guess, in this case I felt right at home so this is why I say thank you to La Madeleine, and my family left home happy

This place is great 90% of the time. The food is tasty and fast. I was there recently and they forgot my order so it took 20 min, other than that this place is good.
