So, I ventured into Las Chivas Coffee Roaster in 7C Avenida Vista Grande, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87508, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
