Las Chivas Coffee Roaster at 7C Avenida Vista Grande, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87508 is my coffee sanctuary. The ambiance is inviting, the flat white is perfection, and the staff goes above and beyond to make every visit memorable. It's a place I can't recommend enough.

I had a terrible experience at Las Chivas Coffee Roaster. The coffee at 7C Avenida Vista Grande, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87508 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Las Chivas Coffee Roaster managed to disappoint on multiple levels.

I'm sorry to say that Las Chivas Coffee Roaster left much to be desired. The latte was lukewarm, and the prices seemed a bit steep for what was offered. The overall experience was forgettable, and I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.
