Sausage biscuits were good..didnt have to stand in line very long....
It was OK,not the best service I've had from McDonalds. We just got drinks cuz the waits were too damn long. The only thing I will ever order from this McDonalds is drinks.
Drive thru-Some days it's fine. You get what you ordered. But there are days things are left out or your given the wrong things and you have to go back thru the line or go inside. Mind you now, this has happened at other McDonalds too.
pretty bad experience. ordered 2 happy meals. one cheeseburger did not have cheese. burgers were cold. asked for one girl toy one boy and had two boys. after waiting for 10 minutes while other cars left. girl gave attitude because i asked to please have a girl toy. thanked the girl for bringing out the girl toy and didnt get a response.
Worst McDonald's ever . Terrible service rude employees . I've gone there twice in the past two months and my order was either Cold , or wrong both times ! They did NOT fix it . I wait 15 minutes after pulling up for food they said they were cooking but brought out cold .
Will not be back .
Went there today to get food for me and a friend. Gave them her order, order came out fine. I give them mine and tell them I want a burger and drink. They never gave me a receipt. They give me my order no drink. When I try to explain that I ordered a drink I got accused of trying to get a free drink, because I had no receipt. When I try to tell the lady I didn’t get a receipt, it was my fault.
We visited McDonald's today and what an infuriating experience it was. There was NO ONE on line, we ordered 2 cheeseburgers off the dollar menu, 1 double cheeseburger and a hashbrown. Not a difficult order by any stretch of the imagination. We had to wait 12 minutes for the hashbrown.....are you serious??!! Then when our order came, the "double" cheeseburger had no second patty, the hashbrown had a bitter after taste and the attitude displayed on the face of the employee that brought us our order was horrendous. She looked like she just stepped on a hot pile in good shoes. I'll be avoiding McDonalds in the future it's not the only place in town to get a quick meal. I wonder what the response from McDonalds corporate will be when I contact them as well.
They are way too slow! We drove up to lane 2 and it took 5 minutes for someone to even say anything to us.

Service is terrible and food is always cold or thrown together. I just got a chicken sandwich with the mayo in the box and not on the sandwich as well as a half empty box of fries that were old! I wish I could've given it "0" stars instead of one! ?
Service is completely slow, so many people was waiting to get helped on line or waiting on they orders it was terrible! not including that my orders all got mixed up! & our cappuccinos man! It was a real cold night 50° weather all we was asking for was some hot & well they served them cold & half ways of the cup & didn't taste at all like a hot full cappuccino should!
Pulled up to the drive through to order several meals for my family. The lady takes our order and then says they can't make any of it. They turned out the drive through window lights so they wouldn't have to wait on us. WHAT A JOKE!! Guess you don't need our business....
Probably if you gave some good employees some incentives to stay instead of the ones you have now, might not have all these issues. This is clearly the worst service at any McDonald's I've ever been to! What happened to 90 second service? Probably won't ever come here again unless it changes. Capitalism at work, change or else!
Just when though and payed 34 dollars for my and my family's food and they left out 4 large fries amd this is not the first time this has happen

It takes my 30 min lunch to get teaat drive thru.
They visit at the window knowing we aren't there for the home made patties, so it must be for the fast service that fast food places should give. It's ridiculous at the Carthage Texas location and I literally work 2 min. Away n I spend my whole 30 min. Waiting n usually drive off without my lunch. Tonight I wanted a mocha frappe n a tea, I sat with one car ahead of me, no-one at the 1st window n the one at 2nd window chatted about her kids with the car in front until I drove off. I'm beyond dissatisfied and I won't go back
I think the corporate office should know what is going on at this McDonald’s in Carthage. Not only do they yell at their employees constantly but they discriminate against them. I will not go in to detail on this post but when I call the office I WILL. I am 74 years I cannot believe that employers are doing things like that in 2018.
I love the mocha frappe,s but this morning my husband went there to buy me one and it taste like crap and the girl who made it did,nt know how to make it. she did,nt blend the ice either. she puts chunks of ice. so ya,ll need to hire people who knows what they,re doing. the other day we bought 4 big mac meals. and they only put 1 piece of meat between the bottom bread and no veggies no sauce nothing. I,m fixing to take my business else where.
Girl working window tonight was completely out of line. Would not allow us to finish giving our order. Rolled her eyes at us when we pulled up and said we were not finished giving our drink order then refused to get the manager. She said "go get her yourself at the second window". I was appalled and then when confronted said we were lying that she never said that to us. Would not give name. This is unacceptable and obvious training needs to be done with all employees because the entire staff could have really cared less. Typical Carthage I'm finding.
