Awful customer service especially a worker named Brenda she never smiles is rude an never talks the only good worker there is the manager

Nothing but dumb wetbacks working here. They are very lazy and can't get anything right.
Called ICE the moment I left this place. Terrible customer service!!!

the worst mcdononalda i ever eaten. so i went to. mcdonalds inside the walmart in georgetown.. i bought a 2 cheeseburgers and a fries and drink. they give me a fries. really cold and the meat is burn.........
the manager shes a mexican idk her name but shes the one incharge in grill every time i go there mcdonalds she always give me attitude and give me a burn meat...
well your food is not worth it why you guys always give a burn meat?? Your not worth it to be a manager you need to be more respectful or just saying you need to get fire

Just saw the cook pull a nugget out of an order pull it apart and put it to her mouth and ate it while she was still at her cooking station cooking. I'm sure that breaks health code. Shame on you.

The worst customer service I have ever seen at Macdonald. I see this place frequently and the service was ok, but today (May 15/2017 @ 12:11 am) the lady who took my order was rude.

Very slow , employees take there time , and they only have two people working at all times

Absolutely the worst customer service ever at a Mcdonalds, where my expectations going in are already low. English was non existence and when it was used it was rude and short. No wonder they dont wear name badges. I wont be back! ...and the nuggets were really old and tough as alligator meat.
