Very impressed w/ new automated order pad/s. It was easy & fast. Love the "2 for $5" option. I was craving a Big Mac. Could've been hotter. Next tine I'll special order it (i.e., no pickles); just so it'll be fresh/er.

Tiene buen servicio lo único que no me gusta es que esta muy sucio en el área de comer, los baños también huelen muy mal.. el personal es atento y servicial les agradezco que tomen en cuenta nuestros comentarios. Saludos

He ido un par de veces y me agrado el lugar, solo me sentia insegura porque era la primera vez que yo hacia mi orden en la maquina pero una señorita fue muy amable y me enseño... Se me hace que aun esta algo incomodo porque no estabamos acostumbrados a usar las maquinas pero ahora se me hace mas practico y rapido con la maquina y todo estaba rico.... Las veces que he ido todo ha estado bien

Está decayendo la calidad del producto, las papitas parecían recalentadas, el local estaba muy sucio. La cajita de la hamburguesa de mi esposo estaba toda grasosa de afuera, se veia la mano de la persona donde la tomó con su mano llena de aceite, estaba la huella muy marcada. A mi esposo le gusta ir solo por el internet, por eso va a comprar algo si no, ya no iría.

If I could rate this Mc Donalds a -5, I would. On Sunday, Feb 11th, I had a very unpleasant experience. First of all, they got the order COMPLETELY WRONG on one of the Happy Meals, second they have a sarcastic and rude manager. I placed my order thru the drive thru and once we got home, discovered that the 4 piece nugget Happy Meal had MAYO in the box instead of nuggets! YES! MAYONNAISE! I drove back to this "new and improved" McDonald's and asked to speak to a manager. A young lady by the name of Erica "helped" me with my problem. I told her what had happened and showed her the box full of mayo. She found this FUNNY! She smiled and laughed and said "We put mayo in these boxes when customers order mayo." NEVER IN MY ORDER DID I MENTION THAT I WANTED OR NEEDED MAYO! I asked her why she thought it was funny and she replied with "Oh, it was a MISTAKE." A mistake is getting 3 nuggets instead of 4 or 9 instead of 10. I asked her if she thought that my child's gross reaction was funny. She again said "It was a mistake." NO APOLOGIES AT THIS TIME NOR AT ANY TIME DID SHE EXCUSE HERSELF OR APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCIDENT. She asked if I wanted a refund to which I declined it and just asked for the nuggets. She proceeded to get me a new order of nuggets from the kitchen and handed them to me in a bag. I walked out and by the time I got to my vehicle, I had forgotten her name so I decided to walk back in to the restaurany only to find her telling another cashier "Then he told me 'Why are you laughing?'" I knew that she was talking about my incident from a few moments earlier. I was mad at the fact that, 1. She laughed about the situation. 2. She NEVER apologized for the inconveniece caused. 3. Handled things in a very SARCASTIC UNPROFESSIONAL WAY with no signs of sympathy or regret at the "mistake" that had occurred. Poor customer service and rudeness from manager are the main factors behind this NEGATIVE REVIEW.

I was told to park and wait for my order at the drive-thru. after about 10 minutes I had to reverse onto the drive-thru window because they never brought me my order . Very inconvenient as I had my baby in the backseat so I could not get off.

Be careful People FAKE BILLS at McDonald 4717 San Bernardo Ave got a Dr.Pepper it ended costing me $11.50 spoke with the manager and she did not want to change for a REAL BILL this happened using the Drive Thru. Exact size and looks real at a glance paper feels off BE CAREFUL I'M SURE WITH ALL THE CHRISTMAS SHOPPING THERE WILL BE MORE OUT THERE.
