Toss my tenders but don’t be ridiculous and poor the sauce over in the container. They are fresh with too much sauce... Thanks but no thanks!
Service is very slow and staff unapologetic about it. Takes 10 minutes to get your order and another 10 for them to get it right. If you don't check your bag you will leave with a different order or missing items. The location is convenient for me so I hope they get it together so I can continue to buy there.
Went thru drive thru. 2 cars ahead of me. Ordered Big Mac meal. No response. After 1 minute, she asked me to repeat. I did. She asked again then said they didn't have special sauce. Then she said "what else you want?". I ordered an orange drink, chicken biscut and fries. Again, she asked 3 times. Got to the window, she took my money with no verbal exchange besides the price of my order. I get to the second window and my drink is handed to me. Waiting, waiting, waiting, finally this girl says "what you order?" I tell her and after 2 minutes, I finally get my order. This drive thru transaction took 10 minutes. Both girls were from the USA but a apparently have difficulty speaking but do not appear to be disabled. Probably my biggest beef is no special sauce. Really? This is McDonald's. Home of the Big Mac. Also, FYI, I have worked at McDonalds. I know how things are supposed to be there. This particular restaurant needs massive help and has for a while
Waited in line for thirty plus minutes wtf. That’s slow food!
This place has HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. It took me 10 min to place my order then it took another 14 min waiting on my order to be prepared. Once I received the order, the fries were ICE COLD. I then waited another 4 min for fresh fries only for the staff not to be able to locate the salt dispenser. So after spending 28 min inside the restaurant, i couldn't even leave the property because the drive thru line was so long it wrapped around the building thus blocking the exit. THE ENTIRE MANAGEMENT TEAM NEEDS TO BE FIRED
They either have lazy employees or a bad supply chain manager. They are ALWYS out of something when I go... this time, they were out of chicken nuggets.
The manager had me arrested because I told her I eye lashes looked crazy. I was in drive thru the messed up my and my friends food. She went inside and was waiting because no one would help her. I went inside and the managers continued to take orders and ignored both of of till I said if y'all gonna ignore me I'm gonna crack jokes. The head manager finally refunded our money and after I was walking out the lady manager called the cops gave them my license plates and told them I was violent and throwing stuff at her. They arrested me cause she told them they had footage but couldn't get it til the next day cause the footage isn't there. After being printed and mugshotted I got bonded out I did the survey on my receipt and get a call from Bruce in corporate who told me he was going to look into this and he did. He told me he didn't see any footage and the managers should not have done what they did and no one would come to court against me. I went to court from September to January until they finally dismissed the charges but as a Air Force veteran I'm never eating here again because I now have a criminal record and she lied and laughed as they put me in the cop car. People took pix of me and told the cops she was lying but unless she accepted my apology which she didn't I would be taken away. Quatera Thomas I pray one day you see what you did was wrong and I apologize for embarrassing u when I did it I hope your a great reflection of the company you work for never again will I eat here
The customer service is so bad. The lines both inside and the drive- thru are always ridiculously long. You need to do better!!
Terrible customer service and take for ever to get your order.....20 minutes waiting for your food....
So just waited 15 minutes behind this car so they could get their sauces, after waiting for 20 minutes to even get near the window. Finally get to the window and they forgot my drink, then gave me some shit sweet tea and some obviously microwaved biscuits. Just the meal I wanted after getting off my night shift at the bar. Way to go assholes. Gfy.
Update: couldn't even give me a straw for this shitty ass sweet tea
Service is extremely slow, no matter what time of day or night. The ice cream machine is always down.
Just left here and I have never been so angry at a restaurant. I told the woman at the drive they I wanted a $2 for $5 and I used mobile app for a free sandwich. She put it in wrong and had the manager come to the register to enter a code to correct it and when I got my receipt I was charged full price for two sandwiches. I told the lady at the next window and she asked us to come in. There is a long line and after waiting 30 min in line the manager really goes back to ask the girl if we actually asked for the 2 for 5 and first off he was the one who went back and put is code in, and went back and forth for 5 min before refunding the money and while waiting the food got cold. This location is so unprofessional and ignorant and I will never spend another dime at this location. They even took the receipt so a bad review couldn't be left but I will visit every site and leave this review. Beware of these cons!!!!
It’s ridiculous that the hours online show your store open until midnight, your Facebook page says you are open until midnight and you have a sign out front that says that your drive-thru is open 24/7, but your employees won’t serve anyone after 11 PM.
You are losing a lot of money because your employees are closing up when they feel like it. Every other fast food joint in the area had lines around the building...
It was a bad experience... there was literally less than one broken piece of bacon on the bacon bagel; there was no sausage in the hot cakes and sausage breakfast; it was bad.
If I could give this place a zero, I would. I keep telling myself not to go back, but sometimes I’m craving McDonald’s. They have never gotten my order right the first go round. I don’t understand why they have the computer screens if they aren’t going to look at them to verify orders. One would think that the extremely long wait time would ensure a correct order. Not at this place! Worst McDonald’s ever!
I ordered a strawberry lemonade with no ice and received a cup that was half full. I was informed by the cashier that she was instructed by the manager not to fill the cup when no ice is added & if she filled the cup she would get in trouble. I had previously ordered a strawberry lemonade @ another location and there was no problem with filling the cup up to it's actual serving size. Whomever this manager is does not value customers and lacks any intellect if he/she it was okay to let a half empty beverage be sold to save a couple of cents on overhead.
I have NEVER experienced this type of customer service. I can't even give ALL of the details. � The cashier at the drive thru REAKED of Marijuana!!!! The customer complaint line is not working... It figures... �. I'm only here because my daughter wanted an Egg McMuffin....
Horrible customer service. Managers cursing with employees in the drive thru. My order was wrong and my cold.
Hire folks who doesn't talk like they have shit in their mouths...blue shit at that! You get one star for having food... everything was lacking.
