As usual McDonald's can't get an order right they don't know what it means to complete an order and have everything in your bag for when you leave I know I should check sometimes I'm in a hurry and I can't it's just frustrating McDonald's is McDonald's and always will be McDonald's

*review update*
came in a week later and Dulce took care of it.

This one's a bitter sweet post. I used the drive through, Romario went out of way to make sure he got my order right. Food didn't come out like I wanted it. Stuff I didn't want on there was on the sandwich along with some eggshells. Guessing there's someone new in the kitchen. Called store a lil later and manager Dulce took care of the issue and said she would make sure Romario would be recognized for his efforts. Hope she follows through.

Still one of my favorite fast food breakfast sites. Great variety of breakfast items at reasonable prices. I've never been disappointed in the quality. Always clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Clean (tables, seats & floors), the staff are very courteous (all smiles and how do you do's), calmly patient (my kids tend to take forever making up their minds on what to order- lol), very efficient, and quick. Very nice experience EVERY time we dine here.

Walked in at 10:40 pm
1 other table of 3 inside eating.
Waited 9 minutes for food.
Sat down to eat at 10:49pm.
Was told "lobby is closing...its time to close."
The same employee was texting on his phone in men's restroom 5 minutes earlier.
The other table of 3 wasn't told it's time to close....
THE LOBBY CLOSES AT 11PM.
REALLY?

Food was good...fresh.
Employees including the manager who took my order, who never said 1 word to me , we're RUDE, UNFRIENDLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I've enjoyed their quarter pounder cheese burger. It's fresh and satisfying . Just watch your calories and you should be fine.

Always very friendly staff. This Mickey D's stands out above the rest that I've been too. Staff always seem to work good as 1 team and it helps get order out quick (I like that). Food is always been hot and fresh.

I've been there a few different times and it is always been the same. Very nice and clean inside and out. bathrooms are very clean. Customer service is great!

Thanks this is by and far the best McDonald's I have been to In a long time. The employee are friendly and helpful. On two visits mid morning and early evening the young lady brought my food to my table and she even offered to make a fresh pot of decaffeinated coffee. The employees are easy to understand and communicate well. The location is clean, the floors and counters even the drink despensing area. I did have two issues 1- the no loitering sign if you are sharing a meal with family or friends and talking and have a big meal it takes more than 30 minutes to eat. Also if you properly chew your food avoiding indigestion and gastrointestinal problems it takes more than 30 minutes to eat. if you have a loitering problem which I doubt given the neighborhood have management deal with it. Second the bathroom was really nice and clean but smelled awful. Put some air freshener in there.One of the automatic spray ones. Thanks for allowing me to share.Overall this is a 5 star McDonald's compared to the others in DFW area. The McDonald brothers would be proud of your location. Ray Croc would probably try and copy it.

Come here often. Plenty of parking and easy to access.
Nice friendly staff, fast service and good food with lots of choice

Nice clean store of McDonald's. Ample seating space and regular McD Menu. I like to visit McD when I need a quick bite. Loved their Hash browns and the Dollar Menu.

Apart from horrible customer service they take forever to cook your food. And if your in las colinas you expect high quality service ... maybe consider getting higher paying employees
