Worst service at Night. worst manager at Night. I went there 4 times on a different nights and they never had their machines ready for Macchiatos. Like never. Seriously. You guys are loosing your customers.
Plus. They were not letting me use more than one coupon. Whyyy ??? Why can't I.
Never go here at night.

Pretty good McDonalds. They're clean and quick. Usually a big crowd here, but you'll not have to wait long.

The breakfast food was lukewarm, the cheese wasn't even melted on the sandwiches. The manager is extremely rude and never smiles. If she don't like her job and she don't like people, then why is she here. Good thing Sheryl is still here to apologize for the new crew. Sheryl goes out of her way to fix their mistakes and to apologize for their behavior. I suggest replacing the store manager with someone who wants to be here, can smile, and likes people. The food prices have really skyrocketed, but the quality of the food hasn't kept up with the price rise. Need to have some 5 dollar meal deals like everyone else is doing.

I'm an international student. Being my first McDonald's visit I was quite satisfied with the service and reception that I received at the store. As soon as I entered I was served free samples of crispy tenders to taste which were really crispy and juicy. The lady taking my order ( As far as I remember her name was Michelle) was quite polite and explained me few alternative deals when the deal I was looking for wasn't available.

Their app on your iOS or Android provides you with few really good daily deals!

Good staff, correctly made McFood, and well run. However, needs bathroom upgrades and cleaner appearance.

Manager was being very rude and passive aggressive. We got there at 10:55am and asked when lunch menu would be available and she said 15 to 20 minutes. We said don't you mean 11am and she said no I mean 15 to 20 minutes from now. She kept repeating that when we asked for a specific time. Very unprofessional. Food was good. Tasted like any McDonald's. Hope she treats employees better than customers.

Took 33 minutes for me to get my meal.. Walked over from campus to get a quick lunch but it was anything but quick. The food was also cold when I got it

Staff was very helpful, especially Edwin. However, totally understaffed, shift manager does not speak English, and would not not refund a credit card order. Pretty disappointed :-(

This mcdonald's sucks!!! It doesn't even deserve one star. I live near UTA and this is the closest one to me but i'd rather drive to the one on cooper. There have been multiple times where I have gotten into it with the guy at the window late at night because he refuses to take my order. Just last night, I asked him if I could get 5 small fries, and he said I can only give you 3 and I was like that's fine I guess I won't get any (due to there being multiple people in my car and that not being enough for all of us) and then I asked him if I could get 5 mcchickens and he said no. It makes me so mad that these people disrespect their customers when we are the reason they have a job to begin with. I called the number for that mcdonalds location to try to get a hold of the manager and he answered pretending to be the Arlington police department. DO NOT COME HERE, and if you do be ready to get horrible service or no service at all.

Usually busy, and the staff always seem like they hate their lives. If you say anything along the lines of 'have a good day' or 'thank you' to the drive thru staff you will get nothing but grimaces and silence in return. I'm not saying I go to fast food restaurants for the spectacular service, but a smile once in a while would be nice...

Was here for a quick bite through the drive through. Food was good. No complaints. Keep it up!
