Before i got here there was a guy that was waiting 20 mintues for his food and they gave everyone else there food before him and then wen we got our food they forget the cheese on both of my big mac

Slowest drive through I’ve ever been to. The last 2 times I’ve been here drive thru has been 15+ minutes....define fast because this is more like slow food

While rather slow in delivering our modified burger order, they did seem to get everything right. However, they were much more concerned about filling their Doordash orders than the in-store customer orders. Average.

I normally don't have issues at other Mc Donald's, but this evening was the absolute worse. Bad enough to get me to want to write this review. The counter guy was ok, I guess still learning the job. But when he asked for help from the manager, (bleach blond female) She ruined it all. I was over charged, order was wrong, bleach blond manager was sooooo rude. She repeatedly ignored me after yelling, (MA'AM) several times. Other customers were waiting in line complaining about her getting their order wrong as well. I will never come to this store again, as long as she is still employed there. I live up the road, and have a huge circle of friends, co-workers, my own customers who are also in this area, and I will definitely be sharing my experience here. Mc Donald's is way too good of a chain to have this female represent their company. Sorry, Not Sorry!

I don't come here frequently, but the few times I've been here my order is right, nice employees, and clean. I just wish drive thru could remind you about getting ketchup.

There was one car in front of us when we ordered...it took 10 minutes to get up to the window to get our food because the cat ahead of us had to wait so long. When we finally got up to the window, it was open, with nobody there. We had to wait another 10 minutes for the girl to come check on us and she yelled our order back to the kitchen asking if we had paid. We originally ordered sauce, she asked "no sauce?" so we nicely asked for what we originally ordered (ketchup & ranch)..she preceded to throw one of each in the bag, obviously noticing we needed more. We again nicely asked for a "few more" and she said she would charge us?!?! Then she got irritated and was extremely rude and sarcastic as she THREW more in the bag, rolling her eyes and sighing. Needless to say we're not going back to this location. Terrible service!

The girl at the front counter named Atifa was really sweet to me was having a rough day and she made my day and they have the best services

Friendly staff. This restaurant is paired with a gas station/convenience store and doesn't feel like a typical location. The coffee is very good.

Only got a fountain drink. Got to the fountain dispenser and there was a roach crawling in between the labels on the dispenser. I almost vomitted. I threw away the cup and tried to inform the lady but they seemed to busy taking other orders from outside to acknowledge me.

McDonald's is just that. Love the fries. Service varies by location. I always order a sandwich that requires them to make it fresh. By cutting the pickles or onions they have to make it fresh. In theory.

Your food is not that good obviously and when I ask for a certain amount of sauce, that's the amount I need to enjoy the food. It's always annoying enough when I don't get what I asked for, but when I flat out ask the employee putting the orders together if the order is correct and without checking she lies and says it is, that is just SUPER annoying and a waste of my time and money.
