Waited 20 minutes to get our order which was wrong then 15 more minutes to have the manager come out and ask us how we wanted our breakfast steak biscuit. Pour lady behind us with 3 little kids waited this whole time before tgey finally took her order and we were the only customers. Crazzzzzzy

This is the worst McDonald's. They have a bunch of kids working here they play around and screw up the orders.

I went to the Sachse location yesterday since it's by my dad's house. First, they had the wrong order at the second window. Then when I got to the house there was a piece of wood in my salad. I called them and manager apologized giving me a new salad and insisted they have nothing like that in their store. Well it got there by them so I'm glad he looked over the other salad, but someone had to have either accidentally or purposefully done it.

Mcdonald'S has won my heart with its cozy ambiance and exceptional coffee. The flat white I had was creamy and perfectly balanced, and the latte art was a work of art. The friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable, and I can't wait to become a regular here.

I'm sorry to say that Mcdonald'S left much to be desired. The latte was lukewarm, and the prices seemed a bit steep for what was offered. The overall experience was forgettable, and I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.
