Waited 20 minutes to get our order which was wrong then 15 more minutes to have the manager come out and ask us how we wanted our breakfast steak biscuit. Pour lady behind us with 3 little kids waited this whole time before tgey finally took her order and we were the only customers. Crazzzzzzy

This is the worst McDonald's. They have a bunch of kids working here they play around and screw up the orders.

I went to the Sachse location yesterday since it's by my dad's house. First, they had the wrong order at the second window. Then when I got to the house there was a piece of wood in my salad. I called them and manager apologized giving me a new salad and insisted they have nothing like that in their store. Well it got there by them so I'm glad he looked over the other salad, but someone had to have either accidentally or purposefully done it.

I had a disappointing experience at Mcdonald'S. The latte was lukewarm, and the service was slow. It's not the kind of place where you can grab a quick coffee.

Mcdonald'S at 5230 Hwy 78, Sachse, Texas 75048 – they know how to brew a mean cup of joe. The cold brew had me buzzing like a bee on caffeine, and the staff was all smiles. Plus, they had a resident cat that I wanted to take home. Coffee and kitty cuddles – what more could you ask for?
