Waited 20 minutes to get our order which was wrong then 15 more minutes to have the manager come out and ask us how we wanted our breakfast steak biscuit. Pour lady behind us with 3 little kids waited this whole time before tgey finally took her order and we were the only customers. Crazzzzzzy

This is the worst McDonald's. They have a bunch of kids working here they play around and screw up the orders.

I went to the Sachse location yesterday since it's by my dad's house. First, they had the wrong order at the second window. Then when I got to the house there was a piece of wood in my salad. I called them and manager apologized giving me a new salad and insisted they have nothing like that in their store. Well it got there by them so I'm glad he looked over the other salad, but someone had to have either accidentally or purposefully done it.

Mcdonald'S left me with mixed feelings. The pour-over was fantastic, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I'd return for the coffee but hope for better service.

I visited Mcdonald'S with high expectations, but the coffee was disappointing. It lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. I won't be back.

I'm sorry to say that Mcdonald'S left much to be desired. The latte was lukewarm, and the barista seemed disinterested. The overall experience was forgettable, and I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.

I was disappointed with my visit to Mcdonald'S. The latte was too weak, and the service was indifferent. They need to step up their game if they want to keep customers.

I visited Mcdonald'S with high expectations, but the coffee at 5230 Hwy 78, Sachse, Texas 75048 left much to be desired. It was weak and lacked flavor. I had heard great things about this place, so I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, the coffee was a letdown. It lacked the boldness and complexity I look for in a good cup of coffee.
