Dirty and chaotic. Not only did they mess up my order, they messed up 3 others while I was waiting in line. They don't listen well. And they tell you the wrong number on the reciept, at least they call the right one. I believe they are skimping in some of the flivoring in the coffee, becaude my peppermint mocha tastes just like a regular mocha with a hint of peppermint. I ordered this yesterday at another McDonald's and it was so much betyer. Food quality is low. So is there customer service. Rude, condescending, and messy.

Dirty, out of stock items, rude staff, missing food from order, hesitated to provide necessary services, cold chicken nuggets, had to ask for our cups after waiting for quite a few minutes, smells like ass in the outdoor eating area.

2nd day in a row that I come here to get a quick bite, only to not get served in the drive thru or even acknowledged. But the people behind me are ok. Thanks!

Why if they supossed to be open 24 hrs I have to wait around 10 min on the menu screen and after dont get respond I moved to the window for another 5 min and nobody show up 😠😠😡😡
This happen at 3 am and while I been there 2 cars before me left and another 2 was waiting after me.
Have to leave without my breakfast

Was very clean. The staff wss inattentive and unknowledgable of their items. Also, we ordered fries and they were cold so i asked for some that were hot. The server came back with fries that were colder if thats even possible.

I'm reading how many say the food is fast and hot. But I've been eating at this same McDonald's for over 12 years now and in the last 4 to 6 months the service has gone down hill. I'm always having to pull up into the waiting spots and wait on my food. And several times it's either been wrong when I got back to work or not even warm. I work about 2 1/2 blocks away. Not enough time for the food to get cold. Never had this issue til recent months. Hope the service picks back up soon!!!!

Been eating at this location 22 years. Best crews seem to find this location. Food is always like 20 + years ago. Big Mac here tastes like it did when I was a kid. Store is always spotless. I never rate fast food 5 star unless the people working their are as good as at a 5 star restaurant. They are.
