Slow service and they almost never have what other's offer, such as 24 hour breakfast items. Most of the time their ice cream machine is out of order.

I went in with my two Toddlers and asked them to cut our Mcrib in half to make it easier for them to eat. The grill employee said that they are not allowed to do that. My Girls don't eat hamburgers or nuggets, but like the Mcrib, so it was so disappointing! Will not be a return customer to that location!

I ordered a mighty kids meal and the server asked me what that was. They left out the apple slices that come standard with a kids meal unless you choose a yogurt instead.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through, got home and fries were cold and the meat in my burger was red!!! I never learn. I always go back and 95 percent of the time, something is wrong!! Won’t be going back for a while!!

This place really need to get there stuff together. They can't handle 2 order windows. They couldn't even get a simple order of a #9 and a happy meal right. SMH

Oh and they NEVER give you napkins. Fries are ALWAYS ridiculously under cooked.

This makes the 20th time I have went to this McDonald's and been ignored in the drive thru. If its not half raw nuggets then it's being ignored, not even acknowledged with a be right with you, nothing. Really, nobody's in the line, nobody's in the lobby. Are you so busy on your phone, which has been the case when I drove up a couple times before driving off. I hate this McDonald's. This will definitely be my last time ordering there, well trying to.

This franchise lacks in bad management presentation, customer service skills, poor listening skills, coordination of customer wait inside the restaurant (I decided to order through the drive through, but also a bad idea), the small indoors wait area crowded due to poor handling of customer orders, the environment outside littered with trash, bathrooms lit with soft lighting so that one's not able to see the filthiness within its walls, bathroom stall, walls and commode area unsanitary, filthy with a large trash can situated next to the commode with the massive roll of toilet paper laying on the TRASH CAN! THIS franchise could be an exemplary jewel into the Rio Grande Valley, but it's obvious that this restaurant's objective is not good food, service, nor cleanliness of its investment.

Service is awful. Drive-Thru personnel is always rude. I’m sorry, noo I would not like BBQ with my kids nuggets. Let me let you know what dipping sauce I’d like please.

Ok and just cuz I hadn’t had an apple pie in ages and figured, why not. Upon arrival of my food I see the hot, fresh apple pie says, ENJOY BY: 10:44 am. It’s 3:51 �. C’mon guys. Gross. Fries were bland. Overall I’m usually always disappointed with this location. Love your job or quit. Simple as that. It’s not hard.

Rude service, got my order all wrong and on top of that the person in drive through didn’t place the lip on right so burned my mothers leg damaged my interior to my car ! I’m beyond mad this store needs to be run better �

I usually go to the one in Annaville because this one ALWAYS gets my order wrong. Yesterday I didn't want to drive to Annaville, so we went to this one. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich with no sauce and add cheese. I got a classic chicken sandwich with sauce and no cheese. Today my son wanted a happy meal. I decided to go to this one in Robstown again. I ordered his happy meal and my classic chicken sandwich no sauce with cheese, again. They got the happy meal correct, but I didn't get my classic chicken sandwich. Instead, they decided that I wanted a double cheese burger. I guess I'll have to drive to start driving to Annaville again. �

I stopped yesterday (morning) to get a drink like usual & the drive thru girl was having an bitchy attitude. She was fighting with another employee . I Asked for no ice and she filled the cup with more ice than coke. Didn't give me my change nor ticket. Not going back again

I stopped this morning for a sandwich and ran into some kitchen temper tantrum. The not nice lady whose job it is to make sandwiches said she already made mine and point blank REFUSED to make it "again". 10 minutes before the manager finally made it herself. Are you kidding me?

I ordered it from the McDonald’s app and had my husband go and pick up our order when he got there the manager there said that there was no record of our order and put the order in we got into small little bags not enough for our order and the order was not correct my husband was told that there was nothing else that they could do my husband and I did not get the sauce is that we ordered. I then found a hair in my food I tried calling the restaurant and there was no answer needless to say we will not be going back to this restaurant ever again it was the most horrible experience I have ever dealt with.
