It is a great place for your family to eat and the kids have a great time playing there ,and the service is great.very positive experience for all
I believe most employees do their best to ensure the happiness of their customers, and will go out of their way to help fix any mistakes or any other issues in the restaurant. Just like any other business, people make mistakes and learn and grow from those mistakes! I believe the restaurant has improved in many ways, I hope this development continues!
Went through the drive thru, placed my order. Paid at the first window only to be told at the second window it was going to be 8 minutes on my order. Normally this would not bother me but today I'm pressed for time. I politely told the girl at the window they should have told me about the wait because I would have never ordered....
Waited 30 minutes to just get one drink. I understand there pop was down but 30 minutes is nuts and we were still waiting for food that toke a hour and they didn't give us the right food so trying to be nice and say hey wrong order then the manager said too bad . you have food eat what you got . sad thing is these was a place I liked taking my kids
Okay. Let's get real. I come here a lot. An embarrassing amount, so I am well versed in the operation of this franchise. For the most part, the food is fresh and fine. As it should be, considering you're going to wait a really long time. I'm not impatient, but literally every time I go I am waiting at least 30 minutes. It's fine. I'm used to it, and I expect it now. I'm okay with waiting since the food is always fresh. However, you can tell this staff is stressed and poorly managed. There is minimal consistency. Namely with fries and beverages. Half the time the fries are undercooked. Not just a little... as if they pulled them out halfway through the cooking process so they can shove the line along. I get a plain iced coffee every time. I don't alter it in any way. I simply ask them to make it per their standard. 1/3rd of the time there's no sugar. 1/3rd of the time it's excessively sweet, and the last 3rd is perfect. What gives?
I can live with all that. Obvioisly, as I still go. What I can't get behind is how ungodly abysmal their customer service is. They won't speak to you. Literally. There is no ounce of friendliness in any of them. It's almost comical because I find it SO strange. I ask whomever takes my order how they're doing and they'll either flat ignore me, or begrudgingly say "fine". At the window, they hold out their hand for payment with zero interaction. Same at the next window. Immediately begins handing things out to me with zero communication. I will talk / ask for something, and they literally just won't respond. It is SO strange. The next nearest McDonald's to me is on Southfield... also owned by the same franchisee, and also horrible. What gives? Don't you guys care about your business? I'm tired of being served raw fries without even a smidge of common courtesy. Please do better. I don't want to cook because I'm lazy, and I don't want to go to BK because it's in Walmart and fuck that noise. I just want to buy cheap, fattening food from someone who is at the very least NICE.
Thanks.
Worst customer service I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. Employees don't care about their customers and when you asks to speak to a manager you get even more attitude. No apologies, one employee actually laughed at me because I was so upset. It amazes me that this place still has any customers. Save yourself the trouble and go to Wendy's.
We were given the wrong bag of food and when we pulled over and got out & went inside, brought it in there, they took the bag and was giving it out the window!!! Until my husband told them, you can't give them the food after we already had it in our car. Then told us they have keep it for inventory
This McDonald’s is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it is very close to my home. Most of the time when I order a shake or frappe either the machine is out of mix or it’s not running. I asked for a shamrock shake & was told they weren’t serving those tonight. While paying for my food I overheard the gal taking an order in the drive thru that they only had strawberry or vanilla. The chocolate was out. I asked for NO whipped cream & when I got my vanilla shake ... it had whipped cream. SMH.
The manager threatened me said she was going to choke me out and she was calling me names. The store was filthy I have pictures. Just an overall bad place I will never come here and I'll make sure everyone I know doesn't go there. Another lady got her oder taken they said the system was down and they took her order and she came in wondering why she didn't get her food and no one would even address her. The manager there that is 7 months pregnant also had her 4 kids in the kitchen in normal clothing which is super dangerous
Sad when you have to ask if they're serving ice cream before you even attempt to order. They'll tell you not between midnight and 5am. But at 9 pm they answer that they're not serving ice cream that day. So annoying.
It's the WORSE Customer Service I've ever seen !!!! The PLAY AREA was so disgusting with food, paper and sticky ALL OVER tables and food ground into the floors, trash overflowing!! Told the counter girl 2 times (took 20 min.) before someone came to clean it up and then never cleaned the tables only half swept the floor ! Takes forever to get all our food and when we do it's usually COLD ! Only 1person ahead of me! The employees always have excuses and so does management!! Called corporate and had the area manager who made more excuses and didn't care about our complaints!! If you keep saying it's such a busy store, then why don't you have a every hour check and clean the room !! We're gonna keep contacting corporate until this is fixed !! NO ONE should have to eat in such a discusting restaurant !! Only go there for our grandkids!
It was filthy, trash in play area was over flowing, spills and food on floor everywhere.. my boys 3, and 6 were bullied by girls who were 12 or 13 into crying, and pushed and kicked in play area, my youngest has a bump on his head.. I went out and demanded to talk to a manager, I was ignored, the messes weren't addressed , neither were the bigger kids, who went back to play area as me and parents with smaller kids left. A manager never even came to talk to me, on top of that, they were extremely slow at getting the inside orders in, before I was even upset.. still, nothing was addressed by management, I'd love the corporate number.
I will never eat at Mcdonalds again ..expecially this location ..went here with my family the other day ...and not only did I have to repeat my order more than once ..which you always have to do ...but they yet again forgot something in our order ..which they always forget something ..when I told them the 2 girls at the window ..were very snotty and very rude...and then the manager got involved and was just as rude ...kept saying and laughing that it wasn't their problem and they weren't going to replace what they forgot. ..and that if they were paid more maybe they would do something ...so I called corporate and was was basically told that they were sorry ...but there was nothing they were going to do about it ...so it's ok to treat your customers like shit ..when it's your fault and they always forget and mess up people's order ...maybe if you could get a simple order of fries correct ..you would deserve to get paid a little bit more ..not 15 dollars or even close to that ...not our fault you choose to work in a fast food restaurant. ..I have told everyone my experience and out it out every where ..no longer will I eat at a place that gets your order wrong all the time and then laughs at you ...
I waited in your line to get 2 southwest chicken salads. I got home , only to find them "frozen".... I take them back and your shift manager tells me, well that's how they come .... I ask him, why didn't they tell me they were frozen. Why make me wait, then drive home, then find frozen food.
If I wanted frozen food , I would have went to the grocery store. I wonder if your crew thinks it's funny to pull these pranks on your customers.
I just left this mcdonalds nobody was in the line but me, it's 2am and I literally sat at the window for 12 minutes before anyone opened the window and when she did she asked, what did you order I said a number 7 with pure honey and a come. She said okay. Another 7 minutes came by and she gave me my bag with just nuggets and ranch!!!! I said excuse me I said I ordered THE MEAL! WITH A COKE! She responded Oh you did.( i no she heard me the first time because i was highly irritated it took her that long to come to the window! I said yes I ordered THE meal with pure honey not ranch. So she came back about 2 minutes later and gave me what I asked for. Yet my fries were ice cold! I don't usually make reviews but my service was VERY TERRIBLE!
I have been to the McDonald’s on multiple occasions where the service has been completely poor the last time I was there I sat at the speaker for well over 5 minutes and my order was never taken so I pulled around to the window where I sat for a least another five minutes before my order was actually taken and when the girl asked me what speaker I was at and after I told her she replied with “damn no one is taking orders for that lane” and tonight when I went the girl taking my rider was rude and having a conversation with another employee while I was trying to order and when I pulled around to the line another employee was standing in someone’s car and having a conversation with the employee at the window
Horrible they screwed up my order and wanted me to go all the way back around to order what they forgot to add. The manager wasn't helpful all he could do was ask for my debit card to refund me, meanwhile the car behind me was calling a f***ing idiot because he had to wait. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow morning.
Had to give this place a star just to leave a review. If it had a negative star I would give it a negative rating. Went through the drive thru and get to the window the girl was pilled out. Asked me what my order was and I was the only person there. Place is a joke.
Consistently the worst McDonalds around. I just want a soda, but this place can’t even get that right. Go somewhere else.
