The coffee at Midway Cafe, Adrian, Tx was decent, but the staff at Santa Fe, New Mexico seemed disinterested in serving customers. While the coffee was passable, the lackluster service left a sour taste in my mouth. The baristas appeared disengaged and unenthusiastic about their work, which made the overall experience less enjoyable.
