One of the best Italian restaurants in town! It's family owned and has stylish decor. The staff is accommodating and polite, making you feel welcome. I loved the bruschetta, the cucumber salad, and the chicken alfredo...even the bread is great. Take your family or friends for dinner or lunch, you can't go wrong with Milano's.

One of my favorite restaurants in Austin, not just for the best Sicilian food, but also for the hospitality of Sammy and his wife who greets every table and makes sure you're satisfied.

Nice little out of the way restaurant. Amazing Italian food. The chicken Marsala is fantastic.

Milano is incredible! The owners are the workers along with their family, and they welcome you into their family with no problem! Everyone is sweet and friendly, the food is amazing, it's a cute little place, and the prices don't compare to any other Italian restaurant especially with the quality (and amount!) of food you're getting!

I placed an order for pick up and was surprised by the huge portions for the price. It was delicious, I'm definitely a returning customer.

I love Milano. Originally from the NE US, I was spoiled with the availability of really good Italian food. Texas was a different story until I happened upon Milano Cafe. My husband and I have eaten there almost once a week since the summer of 2010 and it is still our first choice! Our 5 year old daughter has been there so much she thinks she works there, and our family always feels welcome.Sami and Gici welcome children and offer them food they love as well. The food is truly Sicilian accented by Sami's creativity and now serves wine. Sami trains his chefs himself and is always there to walk you through the menu or even a bit of Sicily ... If you're lucky! We love you guys!!

Ate there last night (it's been awhile) and was great to find that they've not only expanded but that their food is consistently fresh and delicious.

Going to have to remember to put them in my restaurant rotation :-)

This little place is a South Austin gem. The owner is Italian and that shows in the food. The decor is very elegant but the wonderful is YOU don’t have to be elegant! The food is served on melamine, which means you can come in jeans and shorts😀.

When they offer hot garlic bread with your salads, say Yes! It’s made with fresh garlic and cheese and it’s absolutlely delicious. I’ve had several things on the menu and enjoyed them all. It’s worth a trip from anywhere in Austin. Take a chance, you’ll be glad you did!

This is a difficult one to write as our last dining experience there was not that good. We go there often, and have had some wonderful food there; the Canneloni, Manicotti, Raviloi, Sausage and Polenta. But it seems to have had some type of shift the last few months. We will give it another chance. Hopefully they get their act together. It is BYOB which we love. No uncorking fee if you order entrees.
