The chicken thai wrap is delicious but the service is beyond atrocious. I've been twice because the food was so good the first time that I wanted to hope the terrible service I got was an accidental one-time occurrence because I was stupidly there during a shift change and the server who greeted me was more rare than an entirely uncooked steak.

It was not. It happened again. Maybe I have high standards because I've been serving for over seven years and sometimes I feel like that makes it difficult for me to eat out because I'm always thinking of how I would do things differently or faster or better.

But, I think even if I weren't a server, if during one meal I or someone at my table has to ask for a refill more than a total of 7 times, something might be wrong.

If we are a group of four adults plus a toddler, and even when we do manage to find a member of a staff to ask for a refill, shouldn't that person be able to refill all of our empty drinks and not just one of them?

The food is delicious, I promise you, the building and it's interior are beautifully designed and impeccably clean, but because the service is so incredibly terrible... I wouldn't advise spending any of your time or money there. I would not even recommend this to my worst enemy, because I would feel guilty for exposing them to such a non-worthy experience. It's not even non-worthy, it's so bad it will leave a bad taste in your mouth despite the delicious food.

The last time we went I remembered waiting over 1 hour for our food, this time they showed a great improvement making us wait only 1 minute shy of 45 minutes for our food. Plus the first time it was only two of us! This time it was five! Great improvement... but still... should any order at a restaurant that is just breakfast food, fried foods, burgers take over half an hour to get to a table?

I don't think so. If you disagree and believe that's not a long time to wait for your food (from the time your order is placed) then by all means, visit Mimi's.

Maybe my standards are too high but even if they were 50% of what they are now I would not step foot into that poor excuse of a restaurant ever again.

Great service, as usual! Also, the gentleman who clears the tables, needs to be acknowledged. Ive seen him for years, and he's yet to lose gusto! He has to be the hardest working employee ive ever seen!!

Fabulous service and great food. The manager Keisha and my server were very personable and accommodating.

Food is always good here. Issue is the service. Last visit ordered a cappuccino and food. took 30 min to get a cold cappuccino. Like literally cold, not even luke warm or room temp. How do you even make a cold one? A few bad servers and usually one good one trying to keep all the tables happy and fix the others mistakes.

Eating at Mimi ' s Cafe is always a pleasure. From the friendly initial greeting - Bonjour! - to the great tasting meal. In between there is excellent service from the wait staff. The manager even stopped by to make sure all was well and to point out menu changes. My wife and I love to dine here. We will most certainly be back. Bon Appétit!

Been coming here off and on since this place first opened up. Left a great first impression years ago: great service, good food, reasonable prices. Now the service is just passable, the food is hit or miss, and the prices are reasonable only if you use their coupons. In other words, not bad, but great either. Just okay.

The food is good and the muffins can't say enough about them. Great experience from being greeted at the door to our awesome waitress.

The food is great but the prices are a bit high vs. The amount of food you receive. A fairly long wait time to get seated. The host was very accurate with the wait time of 20-25 minutes.

Always a great affordable place for breakfast or brunch if you can get there before the crowd. Tasty omelets and the famous muffins (I've had carrot nut and Buttermilk Spice). Kelly is a newer server but she's awesome! Very personable even when it's a busy time. She took great care of us! I'm happy she's at Mimi's.

Beautiful setting. But was very disappointed, food in very small portions and very expensive. 14$ for my meal. And I went the cheap way. Chips were stale. And food was very boring and plain. Sorry mimis cafe.. :(

American diner food. Food is inexpensive and pretty good. Service is quick and friendly, as well. If for no other reason, gotta hit them up for the pies. Many different ones to choose from.

I had the best brunch there on New Year's Eve. The mimosas were great. My cousin loved her HUGE omelet. My girlfriend fell in love with there garlic butter Steak. And I thought my Chicken and Waffles were delicious. Food was very well seasoned without being over seasoned. The service was wonderful. Loved it, cant wait to go back.

My friends and I ate a late lunch here the other day. The service was awful. There were hardly any customers in the section of the rest where we were seated. It was around 3p. It took them forever to bring our non-alcoholic drinks to the table, let alone the food, such as it was. The fries were so salty. They looked like something the rest had scraped together the nite before. The sandwich wasn't much better. I wish we had gone to one of my fav hole-in-the-wall restaurants. You can get much better service and the food is always good. I'm not the only one in our grp to feel this way. A couple of friends made negative comments about the lack of service and the awful food. Had to give this place at least one star in order to post this review. But I didn't want to give it even that. I will never eat at this place again. :(
