We love Mita’s Coffee Lab! Breakfast tacos and quiche are delicious for breakfast. The beena latte is my favorite right now and love the seasonal flavors they offer as well! Favorite place to get coffee in Corsicana!!

Was in town passing through and stopped in. The coffee was great, snacks tasty, and staff super friendly and helpful. Chill vibe and loved the architecture/environment. Definitely would recommend.

Very lovely place with excellent coffee, desserts and soups. The chicken rice soup was the best. The pumpkin spice latte made my day.

They make your coffee exactly how you want it and have interesting food selections. A genuinely great place that stands out among the less than great places in this boring town.

The mocha coffee, chai latte and quiches are marvelous!! Atmosphere was delightful. Would be a great place for some live acoustic music.

My friend, George Procter-Smith, invited me for coffee. He said that he and his wife are self-proclaimed "coffee snobs" and this is the best cup in town! He was right. Not only was the cappuccino wonderful with full flavor and no bitterness, the ham & asparagus quiche was super! Trish and her staff were very friendly, as well. A true Beaton Street gem!

Mita's is the best. I walk in and feel like I'm in the big city again!!! Not to mention the food is awesome. My favorite is the caprese with turkey and the breakfast tacos.

Mita's breakfast is amazing! I had the breakfast tacos and they were superb. The Carmilla is my new favorite drink from there.

It seems like everyone knew each other, and even though we were just passing through, they made us feel like part of the community. Awesome decor, clean bathrooms, and coffee that compares to when we were in Colombia.

I've probably been here or sent someone to pick something up from here for the past two weeks. I love it! The food is delicious, clean, and fresh. The staff is great and the atmosphere is just what downtown needs. I tell everyone about this place!

I'm so impressed w/ the quality of the coffee, the food that I ate, and-even better-the people who work there that I wish I lived closer!!! Miya's Coffee Lab is one of the best coffee spots I've been to, and I drink a lot of coffee. . .

Great coffee. I'm out here for work and I was passing thru. I love local coffee shops. Most are great. But this place was very great. I don't go for atmosphere that said this place is set up nice. I had the oatmeal. I loved it. I wanted the almond croissant and they ran out. But after some friendly service one appeared at my table. So I managed to get a fresh one. The owner Trisha is a absolute sweetheart. Ps the almond croissant is a must.

Food is freshly made using recipes created by the owner. Lots of fresh herbs and organic ingredients are used. Coffees and lattes are delectable!!! My personal favorite is the owners very own creation of mocha and caramel!!!
