I had high hopes for Mtea & Coffee, nestled in the heart of 3737 Highway 6, Sugar Land, Texas 77478, but left feeling underwhelmed. The ambiance was promising, with local art on the walls and a live band setting up. However, the coffee, which should be the star of the show, was mediocre.
