So, I checked out Mtea & Coffee in 3737 Highway 6, Sugar Land, Texas 77478, and it was a rollercoaster ride. The mocha was top-notch, but the Wi-Fi was slower than a tortoise on a tea break. If you're here to work, better bring your patience and a good book.

I hit up Mtea & Coffee in 3737 Highway 6, Sugar Land, Texas 77478 and tried their caramel latte. It was sweet like a summer romance, and the barista was like a coffee wizard. The only downside? The seats were as hard as my ex's heart. Bring a cushion if you plan to stay a while!
