This is a decent local spot to go to, it’s popping but definitely not too busy to where it should be ok for numerous servers to ignore that you’re sitting at the table waiting for someone to acknowledge you for 5 minutes. Customers should wait at least a min, the maximum two before being greeted. That’s obviously not the case here.

One time it took me 10 MINUTES to get a glass of water because every server I asked that came by said they couldn’t take my order because it wasn’t their table. For some water ? Seriously. Another time, I waited for my soup for over 15 minutes and guests that came in after me got their soup before I did! This has actually happened twice !

I guess it depends on what day you go in but come on, put in a little effort guys. And answer your phone, your hours say you’re open but I tried calling numerous times and NO one ever answers.

Been here at least 2 times and enjoyed the times I've gone. The pho here is pretty good. Would recommend.

Went with my parents here and the service was awesome. Our waitress was so sweet and helpful. The food was very good, I tried some of everything. My dad had the tofu salad and it was delicious. The sauce on the tofu was so good and it came with 2 different dressings that were both amazing as well. My mom got the lo mein and it was so yummy. It was the thinner type of noodles not the usual thick extra soft ones you usually get at other places. I loved the noodles they used. I got the beef pho and it was good as well. We also tried the cucumber rolls. I probably could've done without the sauce they put under it but when you put the seaweed salad they serve with it it really came together. Nice and refreshing. We will definitely be back.

First time I went the broth was good. Floral sweet flavors. Immediately noticed the amount of grease. Very cloudy broth. Went a second time and was very disappointed. By far the greasiest bowl of pho I’ve ever had. And the sweet floral flavors were not there. Much more bold. If you want cloudy greasy pho then this is your go to place.

My first time here was amazing to say the least. Service was pretty fast and the noodles were fantastic!! Can't wait to try other items on their menu.

The spicy beef noodle soup was really good. It had nice heat and great flavors. The wait staff made sure we were well taken care of.

Our first visit, but definitely NOT our last! Great food and easy atmosphere.

Good drinks, reasonable pho soup, not very authentic and lacks presentation. Service is on the week side.
Cute place to hang out garb a bite but by far not a noodle house.

Delicious!! Hubby took me here for date night. I had chicken spring rolls and the small pho. He had sweet and sour chicken. Both were amazingly yum!! We finished with boba tea smoothies. It was very busy, so our wait was a bit long but not too bad. Our server did their best, and was very friendly. A+

We come here ALL THE TIME. Staff is great, pho is delicious, to go orders have been perfect every single time. My kids are equally obsessed with this place! Great selection.

I was impressed. I ordered the grilled pork chop. The food came out quickly. It was delicious. One of the best I have had. The prices are also very reasonable. I will definitely return.

Excellent food and service! The menu is large enough that you can always find something new to try. Pho is always a good choice but the lemongrass chicken is a must try.

The food here is great, and so is the boba tea. My personal favorites are the pork vermicelli, and the Korean bbq ribs. Sometimes the staff gets a little overwhelmed when extremely busy and it can cause things to be a little slow, but the servers have always been some of the most friendly, and helpful I have encountered.

Delicious food, friendly staff, great prices!

The food here is excellent, and always has been. I do have a major gripe. These guys need either a maitre d' or a hostess or front of the house. On three separate occasions, when I show up at the front door I get ignored. Most of the wait staff or busy huddling around the cash register or going in and out of the kitchen. I understand people get busy, but someone needs to have the job to seat people or take care of the incoming people; or explain to the staff that you can't ignore incoming customers. This has happened while trying to pick up an order as well. There have been times when no one makes eye contact with me and I have to flag someone down to pick up an order, get menus, get seated, or order our dinner. This last time, we walked in and no one looked at us for at least 1-2 minutes of standing there, and when someone seated us, we were completely forgotten about. Owner, please train the staff to tend to customers when they get in the door! I haven't had this problem anywhere else.
