The service is friendly. I usually buy the ice americano and it’s a fantastic cup nearly every single time. This is my go-to place for coffee as they also have a good selection of bags of beans.

It’s usually quiet and a solid place to read or study.

Parking is limited so at times it is difficult to find a spot.

Disgusted that such a highly regarded coffee shop looks so disgusting. Take a boom and mop to the floor every so often. And why was there a pool of neglected in the already disgusting bathroom. The chairs are old, well used and uncomfortable. The baristas are uninviting, bored and clearly as over the place as I was.
How does such a trashy shop get such good reviews. Im from Kansas and drove out of my way while here to visit this place. Total waste of space.
Honestly I wouldn’t be as upset if the average rating on this place was a 3.5. Disgusting.

If you're looking for a quiet, clean, and bright place to read, study, or enjoy time with a long lost friend, this is the place to go. I used to come here nearly 3-4 times a week when I lived in Dallas, and I've met many of my friends here who have now gone back multiple times. There isn't a weekend that goes by that I don't miss this place. Ben runs a great shop, and he really cares about the shop's culture.

I hope this place continues to succeed, as it still holds a place in my heart as my favorite coffee shop in Dallas.

Went there based on other reviews, just keep driving, go somewhere else. Atmosphere was dull and boring, chairs and tables are cheap, staff were boring and don't engage. Tried the cold brew and that was a mistake, yuck. Cold brew is not a difficult process and can be delicious if you know what you're doing. Pricing is also way over the top, especially when compared to quality. Parking is on site, but fills up quickly due to sharing space with 2 other businesses. I absolutely hate Starbucks, but I feel like I would have had a better experience there. This place is trash.

Had a delicious and beautifully made mocha. Customer service was warm and friendly. Lots of good seating, indoor and outdoor. Will definitely return!

Friendly spot with great natural lighting and yummy coffee drinks. Perfect place to post up and study.

I'm don't have an appreciation for coffee. But Ben pushed a lavender latte across the bar to me one morning and I've been hooked ever since... With the avocado bean tacos and Dona salsa (vegetarian) it's a ritual I could commit to every day.

I got a cappuccino and a blueberry scone. It was delicious!! I was doing work and the atmosphere is nice and quiet.

Great service and all around great vibes. Got the shaken espresso with vanilla and it was so good. I also recommend the lemon poppy seed muffin.

A great local coffee shop in Dallas. The baristas are top notch, making delicious drinks, and doing it with a smile on their face. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great. The shop itself isn't very big, so be aware that there can be limited seating, but that is the only con. Give this place a try!

Small focused menu with solid coffee and espresso drinks. Definitely a great local joint. They also serve tacodeli tacos for breakfast.

The cold brew (Toddy Olé) and blended iced lattes are the stars at this shop. Their standard espresso drinks are good as well but nothing stands out, however for cold drinks I can't find anything that matches them. It's a good location and a nice little shop with comfortable seating and great smells. The food selection isn't much but overall I definitely recommend it.

This is a quaint coffee shop. They typically display work by local up and coming artists. Great coffee and artsy atmosphere. There is not a lot of seating, which makes it cozy.
