This Panera is one of the worst ones I've been to. Not once have I been here for dinner (3 hours before close) without them being out of MULTIPLE items.

It'd be entire menu items. Side items. Drinks. You name it, they've been out of it. Not only that, but they just finished telling me they were out of pretty much all sides and they weren't willing to sub a banana for the a side to at least compensate for what I'm paying for.

It doesn't get 1 star because at least the cashiers have been nice and the food still comes out good (when it's available).

Was hearing a lot about one of Panera’s bagels, placed a order online & came to pick it up. The staff is so nice & kind! & My order was perfect! & The bagels are AMAZING!!! The price for a dozen bagels & 2 cream cheeses is not bad at all either!!! No more Einstein bagels every Sunday, Panera’s got my bagel heart.

My husband and I love panera, but this is the worst location we've been to. They're frequently out of different items and after we order on the kiosk, it takes them quite awhile to come and tell us. It's not a big deal, but you think they'd come right out when they receive the order so we don't wait 15 min first then wait longer for them to make new order. Also, today was a very long wait on the food and there were barely any customers here which is weird. Overall love panera but not this location

Always a great place to get lunch or dinner. Fast and friendly service with delicious meals! Allison has always exceeded customer service with going above and beyond to taking care of her customers. She always has a smile on her face. She makes each customer feel appreciated and is always found busy and working hard. I always feel like ratings happen when something terrible goes wrong but i feel I needed to write a good review to let management know they are hiring some fantastic people. Keep up the good work. I will surely keep stopping in. :)

Ordered two group chicken noodle soups for my poor sick wife at home who was hungry and had a bad sore throat.

They gave me false information about the quantity and value and after assuring me that they had my order and it would be out in a few minutes, I came back after waiting twenty minutes and found out that they had lost my order completely.

Nothing was offered to rectify either the false information or the long wait. Very bad show when I needed them to be fast.

I simply love the food from here, it is always fresh and healthy. The place is always clean and everything is great about this cafe.

Never had a terrible experience. One time they didn't give me my soup for my pick 2 and the manager said he would send me a gift card to cover my cost, but I never received it. I've been back several times since and no problems. Chalk it up to human error.

The food is actually pretty good, I'm giving a poor review because not only was the person who took my order rude, she brought the manager over who was also rude to me. I was simply trying to get clarification on a menu item and they seemed to take it personally. When the food was ready it looked rushed and sloppy. I went ahead and just got a refund, i'll stick to my Panera in North Arlington from now on.

Great customer service, clean facilities, strong wifi signal. Did not not feel rushed. Great food. Quaint environment. Totally recommend this location.

I love this location! The staff is very helpful and friendly. I love using the online "rapid order" feature. It's so easy. My food is waiting for me ready to go when I arrive. I never have to speak with anyone if I don't want to.

I've been here twice. The second time was with a gift card. The food is over priced for how small the portions are. Half a sandwich costs $4-6. That is ridiculous! The food is bland and lacks seasoning. The only reason I went back a second time was because I had the gift card, otherwise I would have went somewhere else. I don't see what the hype is about this place. Won't be back.

Good fresh food and friendly service. However, they usually run out of ingredients when you come in the evening.
Wifi is terrible here.

The just gave me COLD macaroni and when I went to tell them about it, they acted as if I has said that there was a bomb in the building. They need better customer service.. you feel like you're annoying everyone while you're here.
