Love me some Panera Bread but they never have any bread bowls in the evening!😭
I ordered a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich and was given a pager for my order. After 20 minutes an employee delivered by order to my table. It was cold. Being in somewhat of a hurry, I decided not to say anything about the temperature of the food. I took a bit of my sandwich only to discover that the sausage patty was only slightly cooked. I looked around for someone to notify but finally gave up when everyone appeared to be huddled in the back talking. On my way out, I ran into the same employee that delivered my sandwich about 10 minutes earlier. I told her the sausage was not fully cooked-she offered to remake the sandwich. I did not have another half hour to wait so I declined the offer. If the service is slow, at least deliver fully cooked food.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I can't believe how they treated me in that store. I ordered and paid for two meals, one of them a to-go order. But I only received one meal. They obviously did not know how to work the register, because they had to split the two orders and asked for the tips in cash. I later found out that they we're wrong in that. But that is practically a none issue and an honest mistake, until they refused to give me my to-go order, after it was paid for, on the grounds that a receipt did not come out. I don't know if it was because I was in my work clothes or what, but they treated me like someone begging for a free meal. The general manager, Jose, literally told me "PROVE the transaction went through on your account and I will give you your food". How ridiculously rude and unprofessional is that? Even after I showed the two transactions on my account and called my bank to confirm, Jose refused to give me my food or a refund. The transaction remained on my account for FOUR days after the fact and I never received so much as an apology from Jose or anyone at that store. They treated me like a bum and made no effort to fix their wrong, not even the transaction on my account until I pressed the matter. I can't believe how much of a lack of respect or even common decency these stores have nowadays. Panera used to be such a friendly place. Maybe it's the fact that this one is franchised owned that they have veered so far away. 0 stars for this panera.
Nice staff, but took entirely too long for the order. Soup was cold and was no more than broth without chicken or noodles. We were given plastic silverware to eat with as well. Very few tables were bused, so that explains the lack of silverware. Expected much more, but got much less. Note: this was not during peak hours. Sunday at 2pm.
Good experience 👍
consistent quality, + good service.
They have a fantastic worker named Ashley. She's funny and makes it feel like you're dining at home.
Callie save my day....
I came to this store for first time today and I read the computer menu that they had potato soup and tortellini. When I came to the cashier to make my order, she said we don't have potato soup and when I asked for the tortellini they said neither. One of the girls probably noticed my face of disappointment and suddenly said to the cashier that they do have potato soup. So the tortellini? No way Jose, is gone. I don't know how, this Angel(Callie) come to us and asked me if we still want the tortellini and my smile comes right away. Thanks Panera for make my day and give the extra mile for us. Tortellini and potato soup was great ...
This location had really gone downhill! The sandwiches are now made with less meat which is piled all in the center of the sandwich rather than spread across the bread. The iced cookies now have such pale, watered down icing, you can see right through it. The cookie has doubled in thickness making it a virtually tasteless waste of calories. They have started putting chopped cucumbers on my favorite sandwich instead of sliced cucumbers. Chopped cucumbers belong in a salad not in a sandwich where they fall out and end up on the plate. Wish I could attach pictures of the nasty cookies that were in my Rapid Pick Up order with the fingerprints, watered down icing, and extra fuzzies. Yuck!
This place is amazing. The food is so unique and delicious. I can't remember what we got but literally everything was good. We definitely got one bacon and we couldn't stop obsessing over it. The cocktails are also yummy. Also, love the atmosphere inside. High ceilings and just a fun vibe.
Panera Bread continues to improve over time. While they have stayed top notch in friendly service and delicious food, they have also put technology to work and shortened the queue for customers by adding several touchscreen computers to easily place an order. Seating is well dispersed and comfortable.
Thumbs up for a good experience. 🖒
Fresh meals and delicious pastries, served by friendly people. The chicken caesar is particularly tasty. This location's pastries are pretty sparse by lunch, though.
Good place for simple tasty meals. This location even has terminals to order from if it's busy or you just would rather not talk to anyone. The tables have numbers so you can order from your phone and specify where what table you're at. Then they'll bring it to you. It's a cool Panera that's worth going to.
I always appreciate coming here for fresh food that is good in taste and good for you.
I have never had an issue with the staff or service and they have always done their best for a good dining experience; once, they even compensated me for something that I ordered and they ran out of, so that was very appreciated.
Great stop for quick relaxing meal with family or friends.
