If you're a coffee freak like me, you'll dig Papa Joe'S Cafe in 103 S Texas Ave, Mercedes, Texas 78570. Their espresso was a straight-up flavor bomb. I couldn't get enough of that intense, roasted goodness. The café had this hipster vibe with bearded baristas and vintage décor. Totally my jam.
