Had the special, was pretty good. French fries and fried okra were awesome. Cool little bar area. And apparently some pretty good bluegrass goes on here!

Ok if you hungry and don't mind pre-packaged warm um up when you order type of food. Semi-cheap price.

Plenty of parking. ALOT of good food choices. Great place for lunch. I've been here many times and never had a bad food experience. It's always tasty and on time.

I went with a group of friends, and the main reason for the lower rating is it took us over 15 minutes just for someone to come to our table to get drink orders. We were sat quickly with was nice, just ended up sitting for a while. The food was very tasty and we all enjoyed it.

Went for a quick lunch. Had the chicken fried steak. It wasn't bad. Wait staff was good, atmosphere was nice.

The service us great. They just need a bigger parking lot.

Great atmosphere and live music! I ordered the Cobb Salad. The dressing was spoiled - thank goodness I ordered it on the side. When they finally brought my my replacement dressing it was watered down. Pus, the salad was missing ingredients (no bacon or turkey) and didn't seem too fresh overall; trying to flag down the waitress was next to impossible. Next time I will try something more popular in hopes it is better and fresher tasting.

Gene Douglass was doing his thing, belting his timely tune out. He set the theme for Patsy's COWGIRL cafe. Our server Brandy had a great addition to the laid back setting here too. We started with onion rings followed by Chicken Fried Steak. If the food was frozen, out of a bag, it was hard to tell. The grilled shrimp is good. Awesome dessert selection. I'm so fulllll

I have been on a losing streak picking diversions lately... this was not one of those times! Although...The Fried Pickle spears were not hot, they were tasty. My Tea was obviously fresh brewed (needed more ice). My chicken fried chicken was bland and could have used some white pepper in the batter... the gravy needed more black pepper. The vibe is good and it is easy to feel at home here. Extremely busy so almost perfect food is acceptable. And the front of house staff has what most of Austin lacks... personality and friendliness! Yeah this feels like our Texas! 4 stars not for food. But atmosphere.

Love it! Service is always friendly and quick no matter how busy. And the food is home cooked which means always fresh and served rather quickly upon order. And the dessert 😍😍😍

Great laid back atmosphere, live music, delicious burgers and comfort food. Love the fried okra. Great happy hour too
