I was looking for a place better than Starbucks. I wanted a place with better coffee and a better atmosphere that was quieter. This place did not disappoint! Amazing coffee with a quiet atmosphere. Will be going again!

A great local coffee shop in the heart of Canyon Creek. It is so much better than Starbucks.

O and they give UTD student discounts!

Great coffee shop. UTD students get a 10% discount which is great. I've been there a couple times and it's always been a good experience. The Pearl latte is great and their drip coffee is really nice as well. It can be pretty busy on the weekends though.

Outstanding spot. Some indoor seating and a great place to sit outside. Covered with outlets!! How cool.

Delicious iced mocha and friendly staff. Not enough indoor seating, but plenty of outdoor tables on a sweet patio with a few central electrical outlets. Bring a pillow if you're staying long -the seats are not ergonomic for lounging. Fun stream of clientele.

Cute, quiet, comfy place to study. Baristas are friendly, drinks are delicious (and cheap) , atmosphere is easy going. Outside patio is nice for conversations or study. Great place to check out! Parking could be better but not necessarily their fault.

Pearl cup is really great usually, but they've hired an inexperienced barista and either haven't trained her or she ignores the recipes. Seriously annoying that I can't get a pearl latte without it being half foam; if I ask for light foam they say, "ok NO foam" and then don't aerate the milk, which makes a really bad quality latte.
Just steam a little extra milk the regular way and let it sit for a minute, jeez.

Great place to do work and to enjoy a great coffee. Best lattes in dfw hands down! Great service, always feel welcomed there. I would give them 5 stars but the internet is super bad.

Not a great experience mainly because of the service and coffee. The barista who made my iced mocha gave it to me with barely any ice and told me she didn't put the full amount of milk in it. Why would she tell me that and not remake the drink if she messed up? After tasting the drink it was terrible. My fiance's drink was terrible and they gave drinks to the customers behind us first even though we ordered before them. The staff was super loud and was hard sometimes to talk to the person right in front of me. They seemed to be okay with subpar service. Won't be coming back.

I've been going to this coffee shop for some years now. Their signature Pearl Cup is to die for...! Staff is very nice also. They offer other coffees, teas, sweets and savory foods. Best shop in the Richardson/North Dallas/Plano/Carrollton area!

Great coffee, fast and friendly staff. Great covered outdoor area for nice days, seating is a little limited though overall.

Good coffee -love the Pearl Latte! However, you should be kind to your night shift customers and don't lock up/clean up until your posted closing time! It's been multiple times that I bust ass down Custer only to find you closed 5+ minutes before closing : (
