Currently, we offer Pinkie's Paleotillas and Mini Quiches.
Pinkie's Paleotillas were created for those on a paleo /grain free /gluten free diet. They're tortillas, but paleo friendly and each paleotilla is crafted individually with love! !
Being a mom on a paleo diet, I was searching for something to wrap my meals in so that I could take them on the go and I came up with PALEOTILLAS!
Now, I want to share them with others!
Ingredients: Eggs, Tapioca Flour, Coconut Flour, Coconut Oil, Baking Soda, Water, and Salt
Pinkie's Paleo MINI QUICHES
These are GREAT for a quick meal, a snack, or on the go food! We have two varieties available:
Uncured bacon with veggies or Vegetarian
They freeze wonderfully! Keep some in the freezer and then pop them in the fridge a few hours before you'd like to enjoy them. Re-heat at 350 for 5-10 minutes until hot. Don't burn!
OR
Enjoy one at Full English Cafe, hot and fresh!
Ingredients: CRUST - Almond Flour, Tapioca Flour, Coconut Shortening (Vegetarian) OR Bacon Fat (uncured bacon), salt, pepper and spices
FILLING - Zucchini, Mushrooms, Onions, Red Pepper, Coconut Milk, Eggs, Salt, Pepper and Uncured Bacon (not in vegetarian).
