I recently discovered Pony Espresso during a weekend getaway, and it left a lasting impression. Located in 9158 FM 78, Converse, Texas 78109, this coffee shop offers more than just great brews. The pour-over coffee I enjoyed was meticulously prepared, and the flavor notes were a delight to explore. The café's modern décor and welcoming ambiance make it a standout among coffee spots. I'll be returning for sure.

My experience at Pony Espresso was less than stellar. The coffee was average, and the tables were sticky. Not worth the visit.
