At Pop A Top Cafe, located at 1601 S 29th St, Waco, Texas 76711, the coffee is consistently average. It's not the worst I've had, but it lacks that special something. So, I checked out Pop A Top Cafe in 1601 S 29th St, Waco, Texas 76711, and it was a rollercoaster ride. The mocha was top-notch, but the Wi-Fi was slower than a tortoise on a tea break. If you're here to work, better bring your patience and a good book.
