I was excited to try Pop A Top Cafe, but it fell short of my expectations. The iced latte was bland, and the prices were steep for what they offered. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Just had my coffee fix at Pop A Top Cafe, and it hit the spot. Located in 1601 S 29th St, Waco, Texas 76711, it's a no-nonsense coffee shop. The latte I ordered was creamy and delicious. The café has a simple charm that I appreciate.
