Today was my first time in. I had a great experience. Margaret was knowable and was willing to explain the various types of coffee options to me. Michael was quick with making my choice. I ended up getting a choco nut coffee and a cupcake with a small shot of espresso in in andchocolate icing.



I'll definitely be back!

The coffee and environment was incredible! Lots of really cool flavor combinations. I would recommend pop top to anyone in the area of this sweet little town. It is a gem in the historic Ennis downtown. Iced or hot it really hit the spot!

The January premium banana nut latte was my favorite one yet! The appearance is even appealing! Pop top is the best place in town for coffee dates.

So I went there last week with my husband and his niece. I ordered a choco nut latte hot. It was a hot day and it was late. My husbands niece ordered an iced latte. It was a warm day and it was late. The accidentally made me a choco nut iced latte. I didn’t even say anything but as soon as they figured out they had made a mistake they offered to remake it correctly. I told them no that I would actually just like to try it the way it was made. Oh my gosh best decision ever!!!! I’m sure the hot one would have been great but goodness gracious was that good!!!! On top of that, they have almond milk which is huge for me because I can’t really drink regular milk or soy milk. There is another coffee shop in town that is a chain coffee shop but as long as pop top coffee shop is around I will be going there!!! The atmosphere is so laid back and casual honestly, I love this place.

Pop top is an amazing place! Their coffee is the best I have ever had and the people are always so friendly!! Highly recommend! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Pop Top Coffee Shop is a jewel in the historic Ennis downtown. Iced or hot it really hit the spot! From VW Van, to a nook on Dallas Street to their new location remaining in downtown Ennis in a couple months ...awesome owners.

Not only the best service you can receive any where in Ennis but the best owners as well. In a town where the quality of customer service is not always important Pop Top exemplifies customer service at it's finest.

My girlfriend and I LOVE this place! The owner is so nice! Pop Top is a great place for coffee and coffee drinks hot or cold, they got it all!

I ordered the Park Ranger Latte and it was awesome! Love the decor and the staff was so informative and kind. We will be back soon!

I love this place and the owners. I usually just drink regular coffe but at Pop Top they always guide me to new drinks that I love. My new favorite is the London Fog. I can't wait to get another one. : )

I love having a small independently owned coffee shop in Ennis! Both coffee and tea are awesome and I always learn something new when I'm there! Pop Top is a must try!

I had my first drink from here today! It was so delicious and amazing prices. This is coming from someone who goes to Starbucks several times a week. I had the salty sailor and it was DELECIOUS! Sweetest people that own the shop. Pop Top is my new go to coffee shop!

I am head over heals with their

Citron Green tea not only is it refreshing and delish but I also purchase it in loose leaf to take home and make for myself.

The owners are super people.

And the art on the wall for sale is always refreshing too.

Everyone should definitely stop by Pop Top!!! Support local business and help downtown Ennis grow. You can get a cheap but tasty cup of coffee made with locally roasted beans. They have options similar to Starbucks, but also different such as the espresso float, which is great. The owners are nice, the drinks are good, so show your support!!(: #SupportSmallBusiness

Awesome staff- super welcoming and friendly. Very kid-friendly....my girls LOVED getting to "draw on the wall" and play with the blocks && the shop itself is SO well decorated and peaceful. Not to mention- cheaper than other chains! #siplocally

Amazing coffee! The atmosphere is perfect and the owners are super hospitable. This is a hidden gem of a coffee shop. They are doing it right!
