Came here after a long day to enjoy a nice dinner. Food was alright and our waitress was really nice.
When we first got there we seen a big cockroach, the manger said, “oh, it just came from outside.” We knew we had to leave but wanted to give a try. Our two year old kept pointing at the floor and myself just seen a spider so we kept eating and ignored her... when finally we seen she was pointing and moving her legs ( she looked scared) lol. Told my husband to see what she was looking at, and his eyes got bigger and bigger.... there was a effing mouse.. the people were really nice to move us, (we left) but what was sad they went and told the manger, but he never came out and said anything.... it was the most nasty and unprofessional way to handle such a nasty thing. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Wait service was weak, seemed overwhelmed and there were only 5 tables. Bar staff was non existent. Long long wait for adult beverages and a lot longer for our food. The main concern was all 6 plates were cool to the touch. I was surprised. Very disappointed.
Best TexMex I've had in Ft Worth. Excellent wait staff. Very friendly. Moderate prices for big servings.
Enjoyed taking my family here. We had a blast with one of our past clients. As always the food and service was excellent. I personally love the Chimichangas and I the fact that they have different specials everyday and kids eat free on Mondays.
Love going to Posados. They have great happy hour specials & you get a lot of bang for your buck. Try not to fill up on the chips & salsa before your dinner because meals also come with complimentary sopapillas and vanilla or chocolate ice cream.🍦
First of all, the chips were stale, salsa tastes like it's out of a can, the $12 Margarita sucked, the booths are run down and need painting, the queso was awful & the food wasn't too much better, except for the Quail & it was delicious.
The service was great but that is not enough for us to return.
The place is crowded and loud. The bar is always packed. I didn't care for their food.
Last night my family and I went there for dinner around 8:30pm and the server took her time coming to greet the table. She proceeded to take my boyfriend & his sons drink orders first and when I asked for water with lemon she just brought water. My boyfriend has to ask if we could have some lemons. Then when taking the food order she tried to get the two guys orders first and my boyfriend made her take my order after his sons. I've been a server a few times in my life and I was taught that you take the ladies orders first it's respectful. When the food arrived I immediately noticed that my chimichangas were burnt on the ends and so were my boyfriends he also mentioned to me how his sour cream sauce tasted like gravy and truly all it needed was some black pepper and biscuits. They were not busy when we were there however the server waited until we were almost done with our meals to see how we were doing. This was my first time visiting this restaurant and to be honest I rarely think I will visit again. I also noticed that it looked like insulation was coming out of one of the walls near our table.
We ate here last week and had a wonderful experience with great food and service. Our 6 year old loved the free sopaipillos and ice cream. We enjoyed the fajitas for two that were very flavourful.
Reminds me of Uncle Julios. Just less expensive. Food is full of flavor and is fresh. The fajitas with the mexican butter is absolutely wonderful. Have been here two or three times and have yet to be disappointed
This is the best all-around Tex-Mex in the area and has enough variety to satisfy everyone. I've never been disappointed.
This has to be one of the worst Tex Mex places around. I don't know how it gets so many stars overall. Went there one time, the service and food was horrible and vowed to never go back. There are so many other Tex-Mex places around, that you really don't have to go to Posado's unless you happen to like it. Undercooked rice and beans (or just stale, hard to tell), and just seemed like a mismanaged place.
Horrible service. Came around 8ish. Restaurant was not busy. Hostess told us it would be about 15 minutes to be seated. Waited over half an hour until a waitress came up from and asked if we had been helped because she has seen us waiting for so long. She seated us immediately. Table service was horrible. Had to beg for plates, silverware, and napkins. Chips delivered in small pieces and were unable to be used with dips. Food was average.
